I used to shop at a mom n pop vape shop on 154 and 82nd ( Winn Dixie shopping center) that got shuttered during COVID. I have been shopping here now and I have no complaints. Variety of juice types/strength, as well as supplies is great. Staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Spoke to Charles and Kat today....awesome as usual....THANKS!

This Vapor Shark has great customer service. I have been coming here for 10 years. Have purchased different vapes all with the assistance of the sales staff. This is the only location I go to.

I’ve been coming here for 9 years, still my favorite vape shop. Super clean, great setup, and most of all the employees. Yasnin, Emily, Noel, and the newest addition Kat. All amazing and give great service. It’s worth the traffic to stop by.

Super knowledgeable! Bought my new vape here and the staff there were very nice and walked me through everything step by step. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Just saying this to let people know that they tell u to make sure that your disposable works so they can replace it for u . Also if u buy a device/mod that they have a 30 day warranty only if it has a mechanical damage no psychical damage .

Came in here looking for my flum unfortunately I didn't get it but the lovely reperesentive Emily assisted me with great care showed me loads of new products and ofcose I had to get them she is amazing go see her.. Shop is amazing too 👍

Honestly love this place! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had just started vaping and Luis pointed me in the right direction. Super chill, really caters to what you like and for a good price. Now I'm there once a week to refill. And the place has an "at home" feeling. Comfy couch is a plus. Totally recommend!!!

Visited this place on 17 August 2016. Received warm welcome by the Vapor Shark Miami Laks Team. Customer service was fantastic. Salutation & behaved was very polish. Seems very motivated team working here. Product knowledge is also very excellent. Would like to recommend interested people to visit this shop.

Absolutely love this location. Less than one mile from my house and they stock all that I need including the replacement glass for my tanks. Also they are one of the few places that carry the Five Pawns lines and the One hit Wonders and The original. Staff is extremely courteous and have never had a problem when i want to try a flavor or see a mod.

This is by far my favorite vapor shark i’ve been through. brandon helped me immensely to search for the right device for me. he is extremely knowledgeable and charming. i will continue to shop here just for the experience brandon provided.

I have been coming to this store before it was a Vapor Shark. Asif has always been great with his customers. Customer Service and repeat business is what he is all about. Holidays here he shows appreciation to his customers with discounts, markdowns and some extras. This store is unmatched with the quality control of their liquids. In the past yes there have been some minor issues with employees and attitudes, but like any successful owner he made changes to resolve those issues. Since it has opened and grown, it deserves nothing less than a 5 star rating. Lou and Yasmin are a great and friendly staff. They make you feel welcomed. They are both very knowledgeable of the products they sell. They both are helpful to first time and experienced people to vaping. I have never experienced upselling but I do know they will help you get the products that you will be happy with. Lou is always researching new and upcoming products trends of the vaping world. I have never had an issue with a mod that could not resolve. I have tested them with some crazy things and believe me I am hard on my equipment. Customer experience , Cleanliness of store, Knowledge of products, Troubleshooting of products, Friendly attitude of the staff deserves nothing less than a 5 star rating.

This Vapor Shark has quickly become my go-to vape shop. It has been beautifully redone on the inside and is emmaculate and clean at al times. The guy that helped me, Luis, is extremely friendly and personable and is super knowledgeable at what he does. Will continue to come back again and again. excellent location and service.

I went to visit and see what devices they had, they have so much variety but Lizeth recommended zues and I was so in shocked in how that divce work, you can actually taste the flavor of the juice and I have it so little watts. If your looking for quality come and visit and they would definitely will help you in your vape needs! The store is very neat and clean. The owners and salesperson were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge collection. The owners also offer free coffee in the store to show appreciation to their customers. Highly recommended!!!
