Ezequiel was the best at providing customer service ! He went above and beyond!
We arrived at the store 30 minutes before closing and he didn’t mind looking for shoe's sizes and showing more options to fit my needs. He understood that I went to two stores already and didn’t find the shoes that I needed.

The manager seemed nice but when I asked her if I need to exchange a size / shoe she replied with a non gentle look (I felt some prejudice) saying that if the shoes are not worn they can receive the shoes ( Her look was pointing as if I will use the shoes and then go to the store and return them, not sure if someone she knows does that but it’s not my shopping style ). I hope no one else receives that look because everyone needs to be treated with respect as we owe respect to everyone.

I've been having problems walking and I had an old pair of Skechers and I put them on and it seemed like I was walking better so maybe it was my old shoes so I went out and bought a new pair and we'll see how they work. The bottoms look like an octopus to me and prices for sneakers are high even though you get one pair 50% off but I didn't like any of the other pairs

Coming to the store is an awesome experience, everything is clean and the styles are amazing. Also, the customer service is incredible, they make me feel like home, and welcome. I’ll definitely come back and recommend to my friends.

I really like this store, it is always my 1st stop whenever me or my son need shoes. The store is always clean & well laid out. The shoes are awesome, well made, great selection & they always have a buy 1 get 1 half off sale.
