My elderly mother had Dr.s appt @ last minute, day before appt., WB Medical Transportation was fortunately available, thank goodness. Micheal, our driver,was professional, helpful, polite, & knew his way around town. He gently helped get mom into & out of transport van in her wheelchair, snuggly securing not only the wheelchair, but mom herself. When appt. was over, I called # provided & to our delight, Michael was already downstairs waiting! The trip was most pleasant, even considering the destination. I cannot be more pleased & grateful for the absolutely wonderful service WB Medical Transportation provided. We most definitely WILL be calling WB Medical Transportation should such a service be needed in the future. If your looking for a professional & reputable company to transport your loved ones, give ‘em a call, I’m certain you won’t be disappointed.

My husband was fortunate to use wb medical transport.The service was spectacular. Both the dispatcher and the driver They were professional, respectful, and kind, making us comfortable. The vehicle was clean and accommodating. I must say their punctuality is to be reckoned with. I would sincerely recommend this company.

Woody, who is in charge of the transportation dispatch, has been absolutely amazing. He's been able to accommodate all of our last minute requests. He is very personable and professional and I would highly recommend this medical transport for anyone in the area. My mother is extremely happy with the service and all the drivers are very nice.

Had great experience with WD medical transport. Drivers were courteous and Woody, the head of the transport was so professional on dealing with his clients. He always call us when the car is ready and also remind us regarding our appointment. Highly recommended to others.

Woody was the brave hero who transported my brother from a nursing facility in Clewinston to his home nursing facility in Saint Petersburg (131 miles) during the pandemic this past September. WB Medical Transport was the only company willing to provide this service for this long-distance transfer. During the pandemic, Woody has been transporting residents to and from these facilities with extraordinary dedication and care. For this and more, Woody has my infinite gratitude for his acts of courage and kindness.

Iv been with this medical transporter company for about a month now and boy i tell ya that this guy's are spectacular !! Love the facts that they're always on time and very carefully with Putting me into the van . I appreciate woody for always commenting with me on keeping me updated about when the guys are coming. WB medical transport are awesome company

On this day we had an emergency pick up that was required for a wheelchair and the original driver was not answering their phone. I called several other transport companies in the area they were not able to provide transport for 2 to 3 hours. This place said they could get someone there within 15 20 minutes. Although we did not use them that day AI would consider using them in the future the guy was very nice and friendly in providing me with the information I needed. The pick up was in Boca going to Coral Springs.

Awful. 0 stars. Transportation for a centenarian from a physical rehab facility. Driver was unbelievably rude to all family-members informing him of pt's age, pain level, and medical status to ensure she'd be carefully transported. Instead of recognizing this as information about how frail she was, he barked, "Are you insinuating I don't know how to do my job?" He then did not wait for the facility to carefully aid him in moving her, and quickly pulled her out of bed, while she yelped, into a wheelchair. He was so careless with her that I drove with him. See photos- he belted her across the chest- above her bra- compressing her. She sat with head in hands, humiliated. Drove recklessly. Would not respond when I asked for windows cracked. Would not take her out of van until he was paid. Called boss with credit card, laughing that he was having a bad day. We felt like hostages. This was appalling treatment of a frail older adult in very precarious shape. Never again. Do not trust them with your loved ones.
