ATM (Westland Shell)

They have an old lady named Teresa who works with her son on the store and she has no idea of what customer service is. She charged me three times because once I paid and went outside to put the gas the gas pump said on the screen that was waiting to go inside and this lady open the back door which was closed yelling at me . She says that it was me who canceled the transaction and I didn’t even touch the pump. She treat me really bad and I told her ok I will pay cash and she was like I will not charge you anymore because you don’t know how to put gas. I had a disagreement with her and her son who was there get in the conversation and insulted me. I highly recommend to not go to this place where they treat you bad and they charge you many times.
