My experience was amazing. Beautiful store. Great location in the heart of Hialeah with plenty of parking. The staff was amazing. They assisted me with picking out the perfect furniture for my new home. Highly recommend them.

David the manager at the Hialeah locations was amazing. From the moment I picked furniture in the store he helped me measure the couch to make sure it fit in my home. Beatriz was my sales associate. She was wonderful and understanding with my furniture needs. She greeted me when I walked in to the store. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the available furniture and expected delivery date. This was my first purchase at Rana furniture. I left with my furniture to be delivered next week Tuesday and very satisfied with the service I received.

Had an issue with my furniture that was purchased a couple of years ago but after speaking to the manager Barbara she was able to help me put in a claim and I was so pleased with her customer service and how fast everything was resolved that I purchased a living room set from the Hialeah location again. Omaira was also very helpful and friendly. I wish every business had a manager like Barbara she really bent over backwards to help me with all my needs.
