It's really nice to have this available. The parking however was a nightmare, the spots were so close we couldn't open our doors. You should probably valet park or just go find a bigger spot. It's probably OK for small cars. The room was nice though and the price was worth finding a bigger spot to park.

We were impressed with the quality of the room and nearby amenities. The staff interactions were very friendly and professional. We look forward to returning soon.

Had to visit my dad in the hospital and I was able to stay here. If it wasn't for this place I wouldn't have been able to travel and visit. Very thankful for this place.

I absolutely love staying here. I'm from Las Vegas, alone with no family but I don't feel lonely. The staff here is AMAZING. Their care, professionalism, hospitality, and customer service and relations is incomparable. They know what it takes to make you feel like you're Right At Home. Im still in awe with how every staff member knows every guests name and greets you with warmth and genuine concern each day. Where else will you find that makes cookies for their guest out of nowhere on a regular Friday afternoon, does movie nights and pops popcorn, and they've even had karaoke. They went out of their way and made a special contract for my out of state insurance to allow me to stay here since my insurance wouldn't pay for a nusrsing facility. I've been here since April 12, I'm not departing until April 24 when I go back to University of Utah Hospital for my surgery and it will definitely be bitter sweet. This place has made me consider moving to SLC, Utah. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else but here.

Somebody else called this "sanctuary" and I can't think of a better way to describe what this place has been for me while the medical teams at U of U Hospital are saving her life. This place has been a sanctuary, a haven, a Godsend.

Very very impressed!! Calling and making my reservation was so simple. Checking in was great the staff just walked me through the whole process! The rooms were so nice and super clean. Got a good night's sleep bed was super comfortable. The environment was relaxing and quiet. They also have the shuttle and took me back to hospital in the morning. The shuttle driver was very nice and drove very safe! The shuttle was nice and clean as well. Overall I don't have not 1 complaint. The price was amazing! I was in shock how nice and clean everything was for the cheap price I paid. Cheapest place to stay In The valley. So thankful to the u of u patient and family housing!

It was a sanctuary. The people who work there were amazing. They had Everything that you need there on-site. They are always watching out for you and were busy all the time and Still made it clear that they cared. They provide rides back and forth to the hospitals and their driver, Casper, is a brilliant man who is very conscience of driving and watching other drivers!! I have so much love and respect, I can't write enough about this blessing this place is!

It has been a wonderful experience staying here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They give discounted rates for family and patients. The rooms are nice and the studio rooms have full size appliances. They have board games, DVD players in every room and movies that you can check out. If I ever have to come back for medical reasons again I definitely will stay here again.

Very amiable help (Jess) at the front desk. The facilities were very clean and easily accessible. We had a ground floor room that was very clean and warm, which was welcome for the middle of December.
There is a restaurant in the joint parking lot, which is ample for the size of the facility, which ranges from a normal motel size room to suites and range in price from $50/55 per night to $1095 per month for extended needs.

This is an older building but it was clean and very quiet. The staff is SO helpful with anything you need. It’s not that close to Huntsman/U of U hospital but it’s an easy drive to get there. The walls are thin though so if you have neighbors you will hear them. I didn’t hear many people so I had zero complaints. I would definitely stay there again if/when I have family at the hospitals.

These folks bend over backwards help out patients and families! The rooms were spacious, clean, and filled with snacks and things to make your stay easier. It definitely eased my mind about where my son was going to stay while I had my arm rebuilt. There was every amenity there to make you feel like home, and holiday, were combined! My son dropped a silver ring that I left with him that belonged to my mom, and they called us so that we could return and claim it, before we got out of town!!! Love, love, love this place and it's staff!!!

Nice comfortable bed. Recliner chair cozy electronic lift chair lays back get go up ahhhhhh so nice.full fridge and small kitchen in room. Bathroom fan /heat may have.been hooked up wrong if turn on heat wont come on till turn vent but no big deal they may want to check it out

Getting a reservation, and checking in was a smooth process. Check in was just as easy, the woman that checked us in was very informative. The hotel is very clean, and had many offerings of home. There are games, puzzles and movies available. The hot tub and gym were a great addition as well. I am so thankful for this hotel!

The staff at this hotel are simply amazing. they really go out of their way to ensure that your needs are met. Even when I have had to book a room and they have moved the bed out in order to accommodate a hospital bed for the night, they were more than happy to do whatever was needed to make sure I had a place to stay. Highly recommend them!!

Great employees, very friendly, caring and supportive! The rooms range from single to double beds, some rooms have a balcony. Stove top (NO oven), microwave, full size or mini fridge! Bathroom with shower and tub!

Excellent I was in a huge bind no place to stay and needed to stay over for medical appts since I live 4 hours away and they helped me and it was 1-4 th of the cost of a hotel ! The rooms are clean safe and comfortable. Huge thanks to this place !!!

First class service all the way. The nice front desk clerk Jessica went above and beyond to take excellent care of me. My soon to be wife fell in love with a sign hanging in the hall. Jessica talked to the lady and they gave us the sign.. thank you Jessica and all the staff and people who work here. You are all amazing

they provide 4 star accommodations at a very reasonable rate. rooms are very clean. its quiet. amazing breakfast comes with your stay. lots to choose from. the staff is great ... friendly and helpful. easy drive to hospitals.

I have a major lung surgery tomorrow morning and arrived here this evening from Idaho with my minor daughter. Check-in was easy, friendly, room is clean, fridge and food pantry downstairs available for anyone staying here. I asked about food for my daughter during my stay at the hospital and they gave me two big bags of food to take with us. I can't say how much of a relief this has been not having to worry about purchasing expensive meals for her at the restaurants in the hospital. Gentleman who checked us in went above and beyond. We are impressed, such a great thing for patients and their families who have to stay close to the hospital. Thank you!
