South Beach Park, Boca Raton

Beautiful, windy overcast day (at times). Much needed rest, peace, and quiet. A beautiful beach.

Such a beautiful beach. Clean. Parking is a big limitation, but I feel that is part of what helps keep it clean.

I really like this beach, but as its the case with most beaches in South Florida right now, there is a lot of seaweed that gets left behind as the tide goes out.
The beach isn't a very deep beach, and it's quite popular. So expect quite a few people throughout the day.
I personally enjoy sunrise and sunset as the beach is quieter.
There are lifeguard towers and lifeguards which make people feel safer.
Parking at the beach is paid, and only allows for 1 hour, but there is a paid parking lot just to the north of the beach on A1A that shows you to be there longer.
You can also find free parking (up to 4 hours) on the last block of Palmetto Rd before the A1A.

This is a great place to visit , on my visit it was 30 mph the wind, and it was look great front the bridge 🌉.. love it

This is one of my favorite beaches in the area. Has some of the best breaks in the area to get a little surfing in

No dogs allowed. Beautiful and clean. Sea was little bit choppy (rainny day). Nice staff

very clean water. with water faucet and outdoor shower to wash away the sand. There is also safeguard watching .

Great spot! Parking is a pain though if you don't want metered parking. Main street has 4hr parking, but not a lot of options.

They only have one hour max parking, but this is the best beach we have visited in the area.

Nice wide beach, decent amount of shells for the area. They are redoing some of the stairs so it should be very nice when they are done. Has bathrooms and a shower for your feet.

Only con is I wished we could stay longer than the one hour max.

On the date of 9/25/2022, I had the pleasure of enjoying a sunrise and calm seas at South Beach Pavilion Park, located in Boca Raton, Florida. The has a large gazebo that overseas the ocean and a smaller gazebo to the southside of the park. The park is on the smaller side with a limited amount of parking and only a few picnic tables. There is a nice faculties center providing outdoor showers, restrooms and filtered water. For the kids there is a play area that's fenced around the perimeter.

But the beach was very calming during sunset too. The terrace kinda thing across it gives it a perfect spot for everyday life get away purposes. Even for a few minutes it calms you down and refreshes you. Parking for an hr is 3.7 dollars I think few spots so that’s upon luck. But worth every single minute there!

Loved the place, crowded though peaceful. Everything is so clean and beautiful there. Loved the beach and views, especially that entrance. We really enjoyed our daytime.

Awesome beach poor parking. Beautiful views. Watch out for huge spiders don't run into them however they don't do much. Ok bathrooms.

So good but The beach entrance fee was unnecessarily expensive

This is a gorgeous beach & park - about 24 acres with a few swimming areas as well as bird- watching & fishing opportunities. No picnic area or grills, but still a great day at the beach.

I had a great experience, it seems it was renewed but looks totally upgraded, beautiful beaches, nice deck with great architectural disign, showers, kids park, restaurants and plenty of parking.
Even great comercial, gift stores and at hotels walking distance.

Pictures taken on different days. Wife and I like to occasionally take a walk on the beach here on Sunday morning and then go have breakfast. No better way to spend a Sunday morning.

Spendid! Young families, college kids, tourists and locals co-mingle with awesome beach chair and umbrella service ..

Clean, nice with groomed sand and lifeguards.

Bags to help clean the debris off the beaches while walking are available at each entrance.

Some maintenance still required but 4.5 out of 5 stars for sure!

Wonderful place with easy access and convenient parking. Large elevated gazebo overlooking the beach is especially convenient for elderly and those just
wishing to look at the ocean. There are several beach access points. The area is well kept and clean.

This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, the beach ,the park,the people were so nice,I loved it,what a great time I had,the beach is amazing, the atmosphere is family oriented, trust me you will love it
