CVS

Today I had three different employees extend themselves to help me at CVS. Each independently went out of their way to assist me find products, or help me with check out. Who knew drugstore shopping could provide the best interactions of my day?!

I work right in front of the Federal Highway CVS in Boca Raton and come here often. I must say the night shift workers Thomas and Ron are wonderful, very polite and attentive and it's always a pleasure to come to the store knowing they will be happy to smile, help and answer my questions. Thank you guys for your help and keep up the great work!

Excellent store manager who helped my husband and went above and beyond. He left very happy!! He had to pay five cents for two deodorants and a mouthwash!!

CVS is our go-to drugstore. Today we had the pleasure of having Kristy assist us in using the self-service checkout. We get “extra bucks”, but I wasn’t quite sure how to apply the coupons while checking out. I couldn’t believe how much money I saved thanks to her help.
I might as well add more kudos since I have this opportunity to do so… We always find CVS to be clean, sales people are always available and knowledgeable, as well as the cashiers. Same kudos for the Minute Clinic, and Pharmacists. All in all, it’s always been a good experience. I might add that when I have had reason on occasion to change locations, I was able to transfer prescriptions online without a problem.

This particular CVS is wonderful. Staff is friendly, helpful and professional. Store is clean and items are easy to find. Female pharmacist has gone out of her way to be helpful on previous visit.

Lori Foster provides a very welcoming atmosphere along with exceptional customer service! This is an exceptional CVS store which is always helpful, clean and well stocked. A true gem of a store!!

Had a wonderful experience with Ms Nenita Lotka, LPN in the MinuteClinic. She was delightful, respectful, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Recommended! Then, I purchased items with Mr. Banks who was also delightful, respectful, cheerful and funny! I noticed Robson was also very helpful with other customers nearby and thanked me for putting the shopping cart back in its place on my way out. This experience brightened up my day!

I loved my experience. Everything is well-labeled. The associates are well-trained and very helpful. Shoutout to Jeff who helped me with CVS ExtraCare.

The pharmacist named Robert (manager) takes his time to talk to his customers when he has it. Sometimes he doesn't have time to interact with every customer which is understandable given how busy it can be. He's always treated me with respect and answers any questions I have. Don't listen to the angry customers who are complaining/ making things up just because he might not have filled their narcotics. Robert is overworked and needs more help if anything, that's a problem with CVS the company and not him. The rest of the staff is great, I've been going here for years and have never had any complaints.

The manager Lori is invaluable! I’m impressed with how she handled my complaint. I had a minor issue with a product yesterday and her response was consistent with integrity and honesty. As a result of that experience, I went back and purchased double the amount of the same product. I appreciate her help. Lori, thank you.

Ok store. Their front store staff are tolerable but their pharmacy is very good. Asna (tech) is very professional and helpful and does an amazing job behind the counter. The others are ok.

Pharmacy team is professional and totally on top of their game. They run the pharmacy like a local pharmacy that cares about their customers well being.

Every department was great! EXCEPT for the rapid covid testing section. She was rude unprofessional, no customer service ethics, she didn’t want to give me her name and didn’t let me talk
