Rieker Shoes Winter Park, Florida

I have been wearing Rieker Shoes for over 8 years now and absolutely LOVE them. They are my favorite brand to travel in. Super durable, comfortable and stylish! I highly recommend checking them out at their flagship store in Winter Park Village off of Park Avenue...right off of E. Canton. Love, love, love!

In two years I have accumulated six pairs from this location...good value and pricing...I’m am a teacher that’s on my feet all day...Shoes are stylish and comfortable. No problems ever! I’ll be getting another pair this week...closed today on the 4th...and that’s okay! Happy 4th of July***

A few weeks ago, we came into the store, since we are coming from Europe , we do like Rieker shoes and love the fact, there is a Rieker Store in Winter Park. But we had an bad experience...when we walked in the store, we didn't get greeted by the Lady sitting behind the counter.When we greeted, she greeted and so we walked around the little store and you would think, she would get up and try to see, what we are interested in, but no, no help! She only moved, when we ask her for help in getting my daughter some shoes from the back.Really...this is awful customer service! I have no idea, if she is just a sales person or if she is the owner, which would make it even worse.We did end up buying a pair of shoes, but only due to the fact we love Rieker shoes.

I purchased a pair of expensive sandals for Fathers day this year and one of them has already come apart. I called today on November 21 and spoke to a representative named Michelle and she told me there is nothing they can do about it. Buyer beware.
