I was hesitant to order such expensive shoes online without trying them on, this company quickly made me feel comfortable!! They made sure my order was correct, had actual personal communication with a real person and they shipped quickly! I’m so happy with my shoes and this ordering process!

After hearing my friends rave about Shooz and their shoes, I finally ordered my first pair from them last week. I have to say that I have never received such wonderful customer service. I had several questions. Every person that I spoke with was so friendly, helpful, and understanding. Their shipping is exceptionally fast. And the shoes are even cuter and more comfortable than I expected. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family.

Amazing 5 star Customer Service!!! So rare to find that these days. I purchased a pair of dream waves online and discovered I possibly needed a bigger size. I reached out via e-mail to see if I could exchange them and to my pleasant surprise my e-mail was answered that evening and a new size was on its way to me the very next day! I was told to keep the first size before I returned to make sure I was happy with my new size. Wow!!! Thank you!! Really really appreciate it! Will certainly be a return customer in the future 😊

So I just had this amazing experience with Charles at Shooz! I honestly think that I am the most unfortunate person in the world when it comes to shoe shopping. But, I walked into this little store in Winter Park Florida and was unprepared for the magnitude of their selection. Not only did they have my size, but the customer service was a 10 plus . I tried on over 20 pairs of sandals and the prices were not unreasonable for the size shoe that I was looking for. Although I could not afford the pair I really wanted, I was satisfied that I had received the best this little shop had to offer. If only they were closer to me in Virginia, they would have a customer for my lifetime! If you are ever in this area, just stop in to see Charles and the other amazing gentleman and experience would true customer service is all about.

I came here on a whim to look for some shoes to wear to work on my birthday! I have HUGE size 12 feet so finding shoes is always a difficult task but NOT TODAY! The woman working here was so delightful, helpful and caring! Even though I couldn’t find any shoe that fit I definitely walked out feeling positive! Shoooz is a high end shoe store . They have a large variety of shoes. They are not cheap but offer beautiful styles for troubled feet. The staff are helpful and friendly.They can help you find just what you are looking for or order for you if your size is missing. You don't feel so bad about paying the price as the shoes last and last...of high quality.

I needed an insert for a pair of pumps I am wearing to a formal event tonight. Linda at Shooz was so incredibly helpful and kind! She went above and beyond to help me out and make sure my shoes wouldn't fall off my feat tonight. This is what customer service is all about! I may not have purchased these shoes at Shooz, but I am definitely coming back in the future!
