Christian Louboutin Miami Design District Store

I honestly don't know where to start but let me say firstly that this is an experience I won't ever forget. Ever since I was 14 I have always wanted a pair of Christian Louboutin's, so whilst I was in Miami for a few days, we popped into this store just to have a look at first because I was going to buy the shoes at the end of the holiday. So as we walked into the shop, we were greeted by the body guard who locks the door each time a customer leaves or enters the store, meaning that only a certain amount of customers at one time are present in the store, making this a more personal experience and a lovely man called Mario who has worked in this store for 13 years. He actually complimented me on my hair at first and we got talking about how I put these pieces of glitter in my hair and then I went on to explain that this will be my first pair of Christian Louboutin shoes and I was treating myself for my 30th birthday. He could not have made me feel more welcomed than he did and nothing was too much trouble, he asked me to pick out a few pairs of shoes that I liked and then went to get them in my size to try on, he was explaining to me about trying the shoes on with this sock that they give you, as it helps your feet fill the shoes first and once you've walked round a bit, you take the sock off and try the shoes without it. He was so knowledgeable on all the shoes and how they should and shouldn't make your feet feel, I was totally blown away. After two hours and 15 minutes exactly, I decided on a pair of shoes to buy, even though I was torn between two pairs but again, Mario helped me come to my decision. He also very kindly said that they would hold on to my shoes whilst I was on my weeks cruise, so they were safe and I could collect them when I returned. Like I said at the beginning of this review, it's an experience I won't ever forget and I can't thank Mario and the team enough. I absolutely love my shoes! Thank you ♥

I visited many stores in the design district and Louboutin had by far the best service. Edgar brought me pair after pair and I never felt like it was a bother. I noticed that other customers were being treated the same way-- not rushed, suggestions made. Thanks Edgar for a great experience!

A very nice boutique with friendly and helpful sales representatives. I always get great customer service and the quality of the shoes is the best. I wear my shoes almost everyday and they still look as good as day one. They are comfortable and, of course, get lots of nice compliments.

Mario, and the rest of the staff continue to give excellent customer service, and the shoes I’ve bought here over the past year and a half still look great!

Fantastic Boutique with amazing products and offerings! Attended a great event here recently with DJ, catering, and great security staff. Valet outside was also very accommodating and helpful throughout the event. Will definitely be back for shopping in the future. Perfect place for insta photos as well. Can’t wait to go back when the next collection is released.

This was my first pair of Louboutins and I was a little overwhelmed when I walked into the store. Mario was extremely attentive and helpful - he guided me through the whole process from sizing to fitting and made it a truly remarkable experience! great customer service from Edgar!! i went in to buy my first pair of Louboutin heels, and he took his time showing me different styles and sizes and recommended shoes he thought looked best for my ring ceremony. He was super patient, and made sure i was 100% satisfied before i purchased my shoes. he even sent me a follow up text to make sure i was happy with my shoes and asked if i had any questions. super nice, and excellent customer service! great experience :)

Wow beautiful store. At first I had to wait because of their new rule and was getting upset about the long wait but their security Ace was very helpful keeping me and my wife there with great conversations until it was our turn, he's the best. And sasha was our sales associate and she was amazing and very helpful. I'll sure be returning and bringing friends back
