I’ve wanted a pair of Cloudmonsters since taking them for a test run at my local run club. While in Miami, I visited the Design District space and it was above & beyond. The store and displays are thoughtfully designed to be both beautiful and functional. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and available.

I tried on the Cloudmonsters as well as the Cloudeclipse for comparison. Ended up going with the white on whites ✨

I absolutely love shopping here! The wide range of high-quality athletic shoes and clothing they offer is unmatched. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff provided excellent customer service, making my shopping experience enjoyable. I was able to speak with the manager Manny, as well because he was there helping out his team and he was telling me about their grand opening a few weeks back and how they’re one of the few stores in the states. Cool dude and a cool interaction.
I highly recommend to all fitness enthusiasts and athletes looking for top-notch footwear and clothing options.

I can’t let any more time to go by without sharing a most phenomenal experience my sister-in-law and I had at the new On Cloud shoe store in the Miami Design District. What a most unique and visually appealing athletic wear and shoe store! We were first greeted by very upbeat, professional sales personnel. They all seemed genuinely happy and enjoying working together. We both explained our shoe/feet challenges that we have. The sales staff was then able to collaborate to find the best, most comfortable shoes for our unique needs. It was beautiful to see how they worked together and talked things over…no ego involved. We even met two of the managers, Manny and Jelly. Both came out to introduce themselves and we shared with them how we felt they had a top notch team of knowledgeable employees, who truly seemed to love their work. Great job in leadership guys!! Speaks volumes for the kind of store you run🫶🏻👏🏻👍🏻
(By the way, my Cloudsurfer shoes are the most comfortable athletic shoe I’ve EVER worn!!!)

I came into the store almost a closing time. It was packed and there was a line to get in. Everybody was so incredibly nice and helpful. Nia was incredible. She took the time to size me properly and gave me multiple options. She was one of the best sales people I have worked with. Highest rating!

What can I say! On Footwear is extremely comfortable. The staff very knowledgeable but better yet, they offer great service. If you find yourself in Miami, gotta stop by and see for yourself. Cloud is the word.
