My husband bought me a pair of beautiful gold hoop earrings to replace a pair that was damaged. I decided to exchange them for another pair that I could wear everyday. The pair I chose hurt my ears and the owner was very accommodating in rectifying the problem. I am very happy with the earrings and enjoy wearing them.

I went there with my husband for a gift for our 45 th anniversary. It was a pleasure working with Bill. He is not only extremely knowledgeable, honest, but very professional. I liked the fact I could trust what he was saying. When we told Bill out budget he never showed me anything outside of it. He is definitely a perfectionist. When I chose my perfect ring, Bill sized it several times to make sure it was just right, cleaned etc and the presentation was spectacular. He is definitely my Jeweler from now on!

LOVE Gigi Designer Jewelry!! Went yesterday for the first time and was extremely happy with EVERYTHING about the store. Bill and Tatiana were so nice and knowledgeable. I brought in 3 watches to be sized and batteries replaced. I was out within 10 minutes and their pricing is great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My wife and I went to 5 different jewelry stores and they all said they couldn’t size my wife’s wedding ring because the stones would pop out. We took it to Gigi’s and the jeweler said he could do it. Not only did he size both of our rings but made them look better than the day we bought them and at a great price. We found our go to spot and will spread the word. Thank you so much. P.S. we love the cute dog who works there as well...
