I gave up on using Walgreens as my pharmacy years ago. I'm talking 30+ years ago, when the competition started for them and I had choices. Back then you could drop off a prescription, no matter what time, what day, nothing mattered, you were told it would take :45 to 1:00! You were the only customer in the store! I had small, usually sick children, with me and lived far from any store.
My doctor wrote an old-fashioned prescription for me that is had in the past. No one could order it, (or even try). I decided to go to this Walgreens 1015 S Federal Highway, Delray Beach FL. The store is delightful! Every single person working there was very nice. Then I got to the Pharmacy...the Nicest, most Empathetic, Young Lady, Ciara, the pharmacist helped me! She did a lot of research, I was not a regular customer, she treated me with such dignity, I can't explain how I felt leaving that store. She accomplished what 10+ other pharmacies were unable to. It did not take long, and she called me! She had found the Rx however my insurance paid zero. I still had to have it. I went in to pick it up, and Ciara was there, as wonderful as ever, she apologized about the lack of insurance payment, but said she found and used a coupon for me!! Now that is Customer Service from a Professional Pharmacist! How long has it been since you've heard anything like this? I want to Thank Ciara from the bottom of my heart, also all the people that work with her. I'm forever GRATEFUL!

Wes the manager is always a pleasure to encounter. He's courteous and very helpful always friendly. Really appreciate his attitude and hard work. The only Walgreens we shop at.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in loud and clear ( I like that lol ) I was in and out ! My cashier was pretty funny and had an up beat spirit ! His name was jeremy !

This is one of my favorite Walgreens in the area by far. The staff is always friendly and accommodating with little to no wait time for checkout. And that says a lot because I'm here at least 3 times a week lol even if they get slammed with a lot of patrons at once there is another associate who will immediately come up to the front to assist. 5 star store!!!!

I go to this Walgreens all the time and have never had a bad experience. All the workers are great and the store is pretty clean. I like the new guy in photo, he is very friendly and helpful. Walgreens has the best sales! =)

There is a wonderful helpful efficient pharmacy tech named Victor who is such an asset to this store. He has helped me on many occasions and is just a pleasant soul. One of the reasons I use this Walgreens.

Sean G has restored my opinion of Professional Management at Walgreens. I am hoping that his staff PUT PATIENTS FIRST. Bedside manner should extend to the pharmacy.

I just wanted to thank the women that works by the cosmetics for helping find certain products . every time I go into this Walgreen she helps me. she knows the different brands and always give great advice. Other Walgreen they don't know anything.

I like this Walgreens. You always have to wait in line even if there are 2 people in the store but the staff is friendly.
