YAMI Korean & Japanese Restaurant

We didn’t really like the combination meat selection on the menu, so we ordered Galbi and Bugogi à la carte. And also ordered kimchi pancake, kimchi tofu soup and avocado salad. It was plenty of food for us 3. Our check was almost $200. We do come here regularly. Wish the meal comes with some Romain lettuce 🥬 to wrap the meat and rice in it like the Korean restaurant down south does.

The spicy tuna roll was sooo good!
I got the chicken fried rice for dinner, and that was yummy as well!
I can’t remember the noodle dish she got, but she said it was very tasty!

Very happy with those two items I tried! Definitely want to go back ! Such a cute place too!

My friend was so happy to take me here to have Korean food for the first time and to have the full experience of seeing the food cook in front of me. She loves the restaurant and their food, and the staff knows her well as one of their regular customer. With all the food I had, I didn't feel stuffed, which was great. Besides that, everything I had was delicious. Looking forward to this same experience again.

We did the Korean BBQ. Food was great and there was a lot of it. Sushi was really good too. Even though they were understaffed and super busy they were still friendly, in good spirits, and very helpful. Our server checked on us throughout our meal and showed tips and tricks to cooking the meat. We will definitely be coming back.

The best sushi in FL. It was so fresh, I don't want to eat any in GA now lol.

Visited Korea when stationed overseas. My local Dry Cleaners are Korean and they ate there and praise the food. I had a seafood salad 🥗 a sashimi dish and a Korean beef type stew soup 🍲 with excellent sides of kimchi, pickled vegetables, broccoli 🥦 and Korean potatoes 🥔

This was our first time at this Korean Restaurant my fiance and I love it. We are definitely coming back. He order the BBQ pork belly and I ordered the marinated beef short ribs that came with the size. The staff is really nice, the Restaurant was very clean.

Really enjoyed the pork belly and chicken. They have a ton of flattop grill options. Went with the pork belly and the spicy chicken on this visit. The spicy chicken was flavorful and seriously delicious, thought it wasn’t really spicy at all (the side of kimchi added spice to the party!). If you’re used to really spicy food you might not find much kick in the chicken but the flavor is delicious overall. Pork was great too, really liked the extra sauces with it.

Opted for a bowl of the soon tofu soup with beef. That had some delicious spice and went well with the rest of the meal.

Service was ok, had a few different servers throughout the meal. There’s a full bar with classic drinks like Terra. Tons of seating and a big projector playing K-pop on one wall.

We went for the first time tonight for our anniversary and we will definitely be back! From the service to the food and everything else about the place was fantastic. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Yami and staff for making our night truly special without knowing it was a special night.

We stopped in for our first visit and had a really good time. The staff were very friendly and informative and helped with recommendations. The food was tasty and interesting. We had the Happy Hour Menu for being there before 6PM so the deals were also good. We ordered the Veggie spring rolls appetizer, a kimchee pancake appetizer, a spicy tuna sushi roll and the marinated chicken dinner cooked at our table. We enjoyed it all and will be coming back.

Went for our anniversary, I thought the Korean bbq would be something we’d both enjoyed a new experience! We picked Combo C we loved it so much, can’t wait to come back with our family it was delicious the staff was great always coming and checking if we need any help. Definitely recommend to everyone!!

Omg. This place is absolutely fantastic! We went here for my girlfriend's birthday since she love Korean BBQ and it met every expectation. We got the BBQ and did a ribeye, brisket, and the marinated short ribs which are the best thing on the menu. They did a little celebration for her birthday and we just loved it. Will definitely be back!!

Came here with a friend for lunch and we were the only ones in the restaurant. We had the Korean bbq with chicken and pork. Everything was delicious and the servers were all friendly and even told us how long to cook each meat and where on the bbq it should be placed since both of us were clueless about it. All the sides were also amazing and completed the meal. The decor is very neat and they have a projector playing k pop in the center of the restaurant. A bit on the expensive side but I guess your paying for the nice atmosphere and experience of the bbq.

Super delicious and unique rolls, from the left we got the Energy Roll, Boynton Lovers and Hot Rock and Roll. Also got a spicy tuna roll which is the best I’ve had in a while. Love that you have options of Korean BBQ, Sushi, or a variety of other menu items. Great service as well.

I enjoyed the experience. See my awesome photos. Their kimchi is very spicy. They were very accommodating for our large party with so many personal requests and changes.

Love this place! I've tried everything from the seafood pancake to the fried ice cream, nothing disappoints! Tonight we did the BBQ for the first time and unlike a lot of Korean BBQ places, a little side salad and the rice was included in the package. My friend and I had leftovers from one tray of Bulgogi!

Make sure to say hello to the bartenders, Bonnie and Sonja! They have Due South (local beer on tap). Those that don't want Korean can enjoy the full sushi menu. And don't forget they have a lunch special that won't leave you hungry for dinner!

5 hours later I’m still thinking of how delicious the food was here. The spicy pork stir fry was just the right anount of spicy. Juicy and flavorful as well! The sunrise sushi roll was not only beautiful, but very high quality and melt in your mouth. Definitely going back for more at this restaurant. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgable!

I recently visited Yami, a Korean BBQ and Japanese restaurant, and was blown away by the quality of the food. The bibimbap, in particular, was amazing and incredibly filling. There’s plenty of parking in the back.

The dish consists of a scorching hot stone bowl of rice topped with a variety of fresh vegetables, including carrots, bean sprouts, and spinach, as well as a sunny-side-up egg and a generous portion of savory beef. The bibimbap was served with a side of gochujang, a spicy Korean chili paste, which added a nice kick to the dish.

In terms of value, the bibimbap was very reasonably priced and definitely worth every penny. The restaurant itself was also very clean and well-maintained, with friendly and attentive staff. Overall, I would highly recommend Yami for anyone looking for delicious Korean BBQ and Japanese food here in boynton.
