Love this place! I swear they had two dozen types of freshly made slices. The pizza was really good. The atmosphere was great. If you’re in Delray don’t miss this place.

I came here for a new iPad. The store was very clean and had lots of items on the shelf. I was greeted by Nicholas A. who was very extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Apple and what I was looking for. I couldn’t have been any happier with my experience here and the help I received. I’m very grateful for the help I received here and will make this location my place to shop. I wish I came here first.

“Best Buy“ is the best place to buy a laptop computer. All the major brands are on display and the competent sales reps will help you choose what is the best PC for your professional needs or home hobbies. The big ”+” of Best Buy is ”Geek Squad”, their professional technical support team which is available on-line (24/7) or in their stores, for a reasonable annual fee. I also like very much their ”Webroot” Internet Security Yearly Subscription, which for a small fee, gives you the peace of mind!
I replaced a few months ago my Lenovo Yoga 2 (bought in 01/2015!) by an HP Envy x360 and the transition was done so smoothly with Geek Squad help. I definitively recommend them.😊

Employees are helpful and attentive. I misplaced an X-ray cd, and one of the managers was helping me look for it. Offered to call me when it was found(I had set it down and did find it, btw). The point is that I appreciated not being made to feel like a fool. They passed that test, and it should be recognized.

I finally found someone there that helped with with a phone and photo problem that nobody seemed to know how to help me. It saved me from buying a new phone. I been looking for help for over a year. A huge thank you to the employee who I am sorry to say I forgot his name. I figured I would be going back for additional help.

I needed a phone, didn't really think I'd find one here in my price range. However, I told the saleswoman, Sarah, what I was looking for. She was so professional and took the time to go in there storage room to find this phone that was like the one I was replacing. I will definitely shop here again, thanks Sarah!!

Geyris is Amazing, Very Professional and Courteous of our Time. After Visiting 2 Home Depot’s and A Lowe’s where We were not Provided any Customer Service, We decided to try one more stop before giving up.
All we wanted was a washer and Dryer.
Geyris found us what we wanted and helped us with all we needed and delivered within Days. The whole time with a smile on her face.
We love Best Buy and have been loyal customers for over 20 years. Geyris just reminded us how wonderful it is the receive Excellent Service!

It's Best buy. I wouldn't suggest asking for help for anything cuz you won't find any help. But if you're trying to find out what things look like before you order online, good place to go

When shopping for appliances Mason is your man. I have never met anyone who helped me so much as he did. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Best Buy is lucky to have him!

great store to shop at you might pay a little more than you would at other stores but you get what you pay for if you know what I mean. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was very pleased with my experience with them.

It was a pleasure visiting the store. The staff was polite and greeted me with a smile. The service was quick and and left very satisfied.

Tasha in the cellphone section is awesome!!! Helped me and my dad setup our new Motorola phones. Took the time and did a great job. Very knowledgeable and experienced. Will recommend to others. Photo is with the new phones with the protective film still on.

Service is slow but we finally got someone to help us and he was very knowledgeable and we made a purchase with his help. Thank you so much!

The person we worked with was very knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to work with. Best Buy had to order what we wanted - but it is coming in fairly quickly. During these Covid days many businesses (and their customers) are suffering from undertrained/under qualified staff. We had a very good experience. Best Buy has reduced their hours (11-7) presumably to reduce their staffing challenges. Good move rather than putting untrained staff on the sales floor.

Went here to buy a gift for my girlfriend. No one around to help me. Went to front of the store and had to "register" - someone would be with me soon. Twenty minutes later still no one. I took the display of the item I wanted to buy to customer service. They called someone in inventory who brought the item to customer service. I was out of the store and on my way. Otherwise I could have still been waiting for someone to come help me on the store floor.

Boynton store does not do audio installation. So if you buy there, you'll have to go to other stores for installation.

Went in for a car/phone connector.. the nice gentleman making sure everyone goes to the right location in the store decided to help me .. went to several locations and the only connections in the store was 10 ft long.. he went to the back.. found 1 3ft long that was used.. we tries it it worked he gave it to me!!! Customer service to another level

Great place to shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable

Had to wait a long time for service. Had to sign in. Didn’t care for that . We were in the TV department with only one salesman who was very nice and helpful.

On the expensive side, my personal opinion. Dinner for two over $36.
