This pharmacy (I've been a client for 6+ months now) is excellent in my opinion; it offers quality products and has very professional staff members. I recently spoke on the phone with Tom-pharmacist-who was beyond helpful. Would highly recommend. I recently moved an hour away, but I remain a client, and have my prescription shipped, which they efficiently do each time. I would give more stars if I could.

Absolutely love the staff and Doc Chuck!! I’m always greeted with a smile by Mallory, when I come here to pick up my prescriptions and the staff is always so courteous and pleasant on the the phone, if I need any assistance. Service has always been more than efficient, prompt and actually, a few times, I’ve needed my prescription ASAP, and they’ve been more than helpful to speed up the process and deliver to me on time. I’ve been a customer since 2007!! Only positive experiences!!

First time using this company through my doctor because my insurance price at Walgreens was too expensive. Very friendly, respectful and helpful employees. I was asked if I wanted to have my prescription mailed for an additional $9.00 and I said, I would pick it up. I explained I am not working and recently lost my husband. Someone from the company delivered the prescription to my home that same evening. Very kind and thoughtful. I am extremely appreciative. THANK YOU ALL!

They are very professional and fast. I’ve been using them over 15 years and never had a problem with my scripts.

UPDATE to review below : Tom from the pharmacy reached out to us. He was SO KIND AND CARING AND PROFESSIONAL. He was truly upset and concerned over our experience and wanted to make it right. Because of Tom, we will definitely use this pharmacy again and recommend them but we will make sure we only deal with him. THANK YOU Tom for going above and beyond. You are truly a wonderful man.
This review is based strictly on the poor customer service we received and not the actual product we purchased. My husband is a chemo pt and had terrible mouth sores and was in agonizing pain. He was getting magic mouthwash made. The day prior we spoke to the pharmacy and was told we needed to provide a credit card BEFORE they would compound the medication. They don’t deal with insurance. Ok that’s understandable. We gave the credit card info. The next day at 10:14am I got an alert from my credit card that the $70 charge went through from the pharmacy. We knew they were compounding the meds and were so happy. We waited and waited and waited for a call to come get the meds, but approx 1:30 still no call so we finally decided to head down there (about 25 minutes away). The girl at the counter had ZERO compassion or empathy and should NOT be working with the public. She said the pharmacy never texted us and the meds were NOT ready. We asked how long it be and we would gladly just wait in the car. That’s ALL we wanted to know. She said she had no idea but NOT to wait because it would be a long time. So we headed back home and AS SOON as we got home they texted us that the meds were ready. We had to go all the way back and when my husband tried to explain to that girl that she might want to practice some understanding and empathy, she argued back. Honestly that experience stressed my husband out even more and we alerted our oncologist not to refer us there again. That girl is not a compassionate or caring individual. At all.

Excellent compound pharmacy with exceptional staff, and service

After moving out of state, I now order my prescription refills from this pharmacy online. My medication always arrives promptly. This pharmacy gives excellent service.

Wonderful, helpful staff, easy to reach and easy to talk to. My prescriptions are shipped quickly and the service is exacting and thorough. I've never had a problem and that's why I've remained loyal for years.

Such an amazing pharmacy and staff. They were on top of everything for me and transferred my prescription from one pharmacy to theirs and got done what I needed in a timely manner!! Such great people who care about their clients. Thank you so much Brooke and team!

Very professional, friendly. Been with them 5 years or more.Always trying to make things easier for us Patients like mobile app, easier to refill prescriptions online or mobile. Mallory nicest person front desk when picking up medications. Mallory always helpful with any questions you never leave wondering. The owner is the best very helpful.

Where do I even begin?!

The staff is professional, but more importantly, they are HUMAN! I even received a HAND-SIGNED Holiday Card! (Who does that anymore?!)

They are fast to refill scripts. In fact, they alert you when you need more refills, (Thanks, Julia!) and they complete requests the same day you or your doctor ask, which is completely unheard of down here in the good ol' state of FL.

They are the only pharmacy of its kind around, and their office is conveniently located. Still too far for you to get to? No worries! They will ship you your Rx!!! Again, totally uncommon practice down here.

Dr. Chuck Robertson is delighted and quick to answer questions that even your own doctor doesn't take the time to do!

They are THE BEST pharmacy, let alone Compounding pharmacy, in all of South Florida, and I am so grateful my health is in their hands.

Let me begin by first stating I never write reviews, HOWEVER, I felt the need to take a moment and express my gratitude to the staff and management of Compounding Docs for not just being kind, friendly, honest and matching the price of my dogs medication from another drug facility, BUT for the reason that their company policy is to fill your prescription within a couple days, and due to the COVID Pandemic, sometimes we wait until the very last minute to call them (we, like many have been hit and juggle funds), and they always oblige. Ernies medication is created within hours, which has saved us several times ...... Thanks for all you do!

They accidentally mailed me the wrong hormones and I was stuck far away with Mother Nature gaining way too much ground.
I was desperate. I called them and got Julia Thank God!!!! She is a take charge person!
There is no question she can’t answer and if she doesn’t know the answer she wastes no time in getting it. She really saved the day(and night) and had my correct hormone replacement on my doorstep within 24 hours!! Not only did she save me from catching on fire during the day, she might have saved my husband from drowning in his sleep from my night sweats!🤪
GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE!

I would say dealing with Compounding Docs is like dealing with a doctor who has degrees and a variety of Health specialties. Chuck's knowledge is extremely vast in all areas of our body. He takes the time to review your blood work and takes it very seriously, instead of like a doctor usually just looks for the RED indicator that shows up I need report if something on your test is out of the norm. He looks at it more closely even if it's not red. Which is what every doctor should be doing, because you could be so close to being in the red but, most doctors don't pay any attention to that. And that is so important, because the whole reason to have blood tests on is to see how your body is functioning and you don't want to wait until you're in the red. That's what makes Chuck and his team at compounding Docs stand out from doctors and pharmacies. Now don't get me wrong I still consult with my doctor and so does he, but he is just like an encyclopedia of knowledge and has helped me so much over the past at least 8 years or more. I went through early menopause and without his help I would have aged 7 years ahead of my time and he has not just helped me with the advanced Aging, but with all the the other menopausal symptoms. I have not suffered any of them since working with him. A lot of people are afraid to use hormones, but he is adamant of having blood test done and so is my doctor , sometimes every few months in the beginning, just to see how I am feeling and to see how the medications making differences on my blood test and then he'll make the adjustments needed.. and then delivers his suggestions of the adjustments to my doctor. Nothing is done your prescriptions are filled without my doctor and Chuck reviewing them. The entire team at Compounding Docs are the kindest and keep their promise to you, and deliver run time when you need your prescriptions build. I can't say enough about compounding Docs. I wish more people would understand that compounding medication is a lot less invasive, because most of it comes in a cream and doesn't go directly through the liver. Which is so critical. We have enough going through our liver , that we don't need any going through it, we can help it. You will have to find a doctor and one who takes it serious your house serious enough to work with a compounding pharmacist. And remember it doesn't even have to be just for hormones. Hormones, it can be any medication that you need to help your body heal or just stay healthy. Compounding medicine is made specifically to your body. It's not like over the counter Pharmacy medicine that is in increments of 10 mg 15 mg 20 mg for example. It's specific according to what your blood work shows and what your body is needing. Especially as we age there are a lot of needs that the body can't make any more, so we have to supplement it in order to stay healthy. But you need to know exactly what that is. Don't just read a magazine that tells you to take this amount or take this, you really need blood work done and someone who is willing to take the time to read it. And that's what they do for me. I think the Cream is helping some but I still have pain in my knee sometimes especially when I sit for awhile. I just ordered another tube and I will try using it a little bit longer and then I will make a decision as whether I will use it again.
