Sold my mom's house in 2 days at top dollar, which set precedence in the neighborhood. Is the most knowledgeable, professional and ethical realtor I know and he is always available via phone, text or email. He also was the realtor for the purchase of my mother's new home and ended up saving that deal and keeping it all together due the complete idiot listing agent and their "teams" lack of knowledge and participation in that transaction. He took control and should have got 100% of the commission in my opinion. I knew the was the right man for the job and he exceeded my expectations. Thanks Ben!
