When I die, I hope someone makes a bar like this and names it after me being dead. The food is good enough, the service staff is friendly, food is too affordable. (They should be charging more, from a business stability standpoint.) But it’s the indoor-outdoor vibe that puts it over the top. Burgers and fish tacos are solid. Pickle chips are made fresh. Philly egg roll was a salt bomb. Parking is limited. Don’t miss this place. Very, very St. Pete, circa 1983.

We moved to St Pete in August and we have now found our dive bar!! Amazing food! Attentive staff! Great atmosphere! We got the Korean wings, fish and chips, and Texas Bob burger...all were out of this world! The prices are phenomenal! We will be back for some day drinking soon!

Don't be fooled. This is not just a bar. This is also known as best late night spot for your food cravings. Ask any locals they will certainly agree.

Great place to watch a game - an even better plane to eat! I ordered grilled scallops that were fabulous. Came with nice broccoli and rice. Cold Blue Moon. Husband had the Chef Special Shepherds pie, which was yummy but we're both getting the scallops next time. Reasonable prices and Shave was a great server at the bar.

Absolutely phenomenal time. Amanda provided a top notch time, helping with recommendations and being on point with every little detail. Best service I've had in a long time. The food was insanely good, I HIGHLY recommend coming even if you have to drive. Don't hesitate just go!!!

This is a “Dive Bar” with a fantastic dive atmosphere and an amazing Burger. I love a place that’s super comfortable, lots of TV’s great service and again, a good burger.
I had the Cheesy Bob cooked medium and it was perfect. My oldest had the meatball sandwich which was delicious.
Parking is sketchy but there’s plenty of it as this a smaller intimate place that’s open on the front to the street side with indoor outdoor bar seating.
Driven by a hundred times, hear folks mention the food dozens of times and now I know why.
Won’t drive by very many times in the future without stopping.

Delicious and great vibes! The service is spot on and the place was packed on a Wednesday early evening. The bar is large, inside and out. The food is truly scrumptious 😋 There are specials every day and will serve your "catch" as well. Great place I'd recommend to friends and we'll be back. 👍

A favorite destination for the fish spread with usually the right amount of captain wafers! In and outside seating the place is usually packed, good bar service, accessible restrooms, you’ll have to drive around the block to find parking.

Dead Bob's might have the best food in both St. Pete and Tampa.

They definitely have the best value for their food.

Check out the new breakfast menu. Massive breakfast burrito for the price. Comes with sour cream and -- get this -- is even cut in half got you! Without you having to ask! (Why is this so rare in the service industry?)

Verdict? The best breakfast burrito I've ever had. The best sausage. Perfectly sprinkled bits of bacon. Bacon is so flavorful that less us more. They get it.

Fresh bell peppers. Fresh salsa. The salsa is phenomenal, by the way.

Dead Bob's is the best diner food in the city. The best diner food I've ever had. It's either insulting to call it diner food or a back-to-the-basics exaltation of America's glory.

And I don't drink. This is seriously all about the food. I know, I can hardly believe it.

Only downside? No napkins on to-go orders and you will need napkins.

Love this place. Excellent food, great service, fair prices, fun atmosphere.

Only complaints: charging a 4% cc surcharge is bush league. Restaurant only pays 2.5% to cc processors and anymore it's the cost of doing business. Secondly, change your POS system so tipping isn't even requested on a gift card transaction. The staff will get tipped when the gift card is used.

Blackened Salmon was delicious as was the Snapper. Our waitress was wonderful.
We got there early enough to fortunately find parking in the back, it was totally full when we left.
It was very noisy inside as it is with most bar and grills in outside seating is much nicer on the noise level.
All in all it was a great experience and you can tell everyone was having a good time.

Dead Bob's (make sure you read the story on their website) is one of those hole in the wall places that you know will be good. The walls are lined with tv's, so you won't miss your game.

Great food, lively atmosphere, decent pours, lots of TVs, and great prices. The first place I went to when I moved here 6 years ago and still go back weekly. One of the only places around that has food until 3 am. Some of my go-to's are the Cheesy Bob burger, peel-eat shrimp, gigantic wedge salad with a side of salmon, and the Philly with extra cheese in the wrap. The weekly specials are huge, yummy and cheap!

Great food. Not a whole lot of room or parking for that matter. This was our first time here, and we heard plenty of good things about the food. They didn't disappoint. I will come back another time for sure.

Typical bar food but taste was really good. We all enjoyed our meals. Got a little bit of everything. I do have to say that the burgers were a hit. Wife said it was the best burger she has ever had under yuengling brew burgers. I had the pork wings. They were ok. Little dry, but darn is good.

Excellent food, great service. It was our first time there. Definitely a local hangout. Difficult parking. It was a Saturday evening. The place was packed. We will return soon. Thank you.

Great little bar to just chill at! Went there twice while on vacation in St. Pete's area. Everything was affordable, from the drinks to the menu prices.

I was looking for good food at a good price and a nice place to relax and have a couple of beers after work. Let me tell you…it was better than I thought.
I ordered the pork wings with the garlic Parmesan sauce and my friend ordered the fish and chips and it was absolutely delicious! I ended up eating all his fish and chips and he loved the pork rings and ate them all hahaha
We decided from now on this will be our meeting place.
By the way great service! We sat at the bar and everyone of them was super attentive and really nice.

Dined here with family and friends, this after noon, Saturday 08/07/2021 for the first time! Very nice Sports bar with many T.V.'s music and an outside sitting area. The building is opened to the outside, at the front of the bar. Ordered 12 Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings, Onion Rings and a Side order of Black Beans and Rice! The food was prepared and served fast, considering nearly all the tables were occupied by customers! All food items were cooked perfectly with their own distinct flavor and taste, which makes Dead Bobs a one of a kind, unique Bar & Grill! Nikki our waitress was very detailed, prompt and had a great personality! Will Recommend.

The Philly sandwich was the best I've ever had. I upgraded my side to fries, and they were nicely crunchy. Good food, cold beer, fair prices, and a fun vibe. I'll go back! [It's pretty loud, though, and finding a nearby parking space is a challenge, so this might not be the place for those with hearing or mobility issues.]
