Good value close to the airport. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. I arrived at the hotel two hours before check in and they made sure I had a room that was clean and ready to go!

Just a gorgeous property. Lovely breakfast, coffee available all day. One of the best Holiday Inns I've experienced and the location by airport is convenient.
Front desk hosts always professional , greeting guests with a smile.

The staff here are so friendly! The complementary breakfast is awesome. The rooms are a little dated but still comfortable. And there's not too much around as far as places to eat that you can walk to so you'll need some form of transportation.

My husband made my reservation under his account so I could use his IHG rewards, so we called ahead to make sure I could check in okay without him and they made a note on my reservation. I checked in with no problems, the staff were friendly, my room was clean, and the airport shuttle driver, Toni, was also friendly. My room faced the freeway, so there was definitely traffic noise, but it wasn't terrible. While it's not the lap of luxury, it's definitely a clean and convenient stay for a morning flight.

Airport shuttle and you can park your car here. The rooms are very nice clean comfy and they have cookies.

Helpful and courteous staff. The hotel was clean and so was the room. I liked that they had a pantry type store for beverages and snacks. It was very convenient considering I arrived late and needed to get something quick to eat before bed. One of the best places I had stayed at in the last few years.

The staff at this hotel were incredible. They were very accommodating to our needs. We arrived late, and they made our trip so comfortable. The front desk person that checked us in was perhaps the most friendly and helpful front staff employee of any hotel that I've ever stayed at. The breakfast people were so nice and made sure we had the food we wanted. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfortable. This hotel provided a great hotel stay experience for our family.

Great stay!! Clean, easy access to airport and great staff. Weston, the hospitality staff member on shift, was amazing. He was exceptionally courteous, very helpful, and provided great responses and service. Although the accommodations were already comfortable, he made this stay absolutely worth it. I've rarely met someone who goes above and beyond and shows genuine concern for guests- he definitely did. Great job and thank you from me and my family!

Convenient location to airport if you have an early flight. Pool, hot tub & gym.
Not great views but salt lake is never not pretty with the mountains around.

I didn't stay over night. We use Holiday Inn Express by The Airport every year as our host hotel for the Golden Gloves Regional Tournament. Never any complaints. Great to work with, competent people. Always clean.

Beautiful place great service from front desk to the room services. Great continental breakfast, the staff speaks English and Spanish. The rooms were clean and the facilities are great. Is not a tower like the photo suggests. Is a normal hotel but great for family and kids friendly.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The water pressure in the showers is awesome and all three settings on the showerhead worked. The only problem I found was with the slowness of the TV. It took awhile to boot up and get to the channels.

Absolutely love this stay here. Didn't have any issues whatsoever, the hotel room was clean and tidy when I arrived and every day that we had the room service. There was an excellent variety for breakfast comma along with an assortment of milk juice coffees excetera. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub which was clean and very nice for the kids to play in. Rooms were very comfortable the shower was nice the bed was soft Kama couldn't hear others through the walls which was also very convenient, and the heater also works very well which was nice considering it was snowing outside. Overall I enjoyed my stay here very very much.

Great customer care. Beds are comfortable. Only a handful of near by restaurants. Unless you walk further into town. When I was there the shuttle to the airport was only until noon. Not sure if they updated that now. Also great quantity of breakfast in the morning downstairs.

Brittney checked us in and even though she was SWAMPED she made sure every customer felt welcome and like we were coming home. I'm not a complainer, however, I had a huge issue with the air conditioning. She made me feel like it was ok and helped us instead of making me feel bad for having an issue. I would stay in any hotel that she hosts. My mom even hated holiday inn until she met Britney.

This is a well-kept HIE. Breakfast had a large variety of choices including hot items. Cookies appear in the lobby at 5pm. All of the staff members I came into contact with over our 3-day stay were super-helpful and very friendly. We were right on the freeway and yet it was quiet. In the still wee hours of the morning you could hear a truck go by, but as a background noise, not really loud. Super convenient to the airport and the fairgrounds. Only 15 minutes to downtown so the rates were a good deal over staying downtown.

Great hotel, but the room attendant never cleaned our room despite asking and the breakfast room never had coffee when I would go to get a cup.
