The people working at the check-in desk were awesome! They had a great sense of humor and were very efficient. I got checked in and handed my keys in just a couple of minutes. I highly recommend using them if you need a rental vehicle in the Savannah area.

Booking was easy on the app. The people at the destination could not have been friendlier and more helpful. Best car rental experience we’ve had in 10 years. Could be because this is the first time we’ve rented through National in 10 years.

I initially booked a sedan through my company and had previously subscribed to their emerald club. First & foremost if you travel frequently for both work and leisure I highly suggest signing up as an emerald member because you can skip the line in the airport and go directly to the line, and you may be eligible for upgrades if their larger vehicles are not reserved. The attendant at the line was extremely helpful and informative on National’s company policies and pricing. It was an extremely seamless process from online reservation to pick, and equally easy for drop-off. I will be using them as my work has me travel multiple times a year. Thank you for the easy experience!

We rented a minivan with National for spring break for our trip to Hilton Head, SC. The car was perfect for our needs and the pick up and drop off process was flawless. Would recommend National to anyone looking for a car rental.

National Car Rental and Emerald Club was very efficient. Check in at Savannah airport by Leah was very fast and efficient. Check out at Charleston airport was flawless by Joe. Joe is commended for retrieving a purse left in car. Great service Joe.

John the outside agent was so helpful! He was so polite and very professional. Being from out of town - it’s always somewhat stressful getting around but he showed me exactly what to do and where to go. I wish I could him more than 5 stars!!!

Very happy with our recent rental experience in Savannah Georgia. We needed to rent two (2) vehicles, one being a large seven passenger minivan. Without the high quality vehicles provided (Chrysler Pacifica / Nissan Altima) our vacation to Hilton Head Island may have been a bust. The minivan was perfect for whole crew trips.
At check out, I noticed there was still a charge for both a child and infant seat rental included even though we had shipped and used our own. I had made the reservation that way. The agent was kind enough and able to process a credit right then and there on the spot! Never been disappointed with National. Great people all around!

Car was new and packed with features. Clean and ready when I arrived. I had some problems pairing my phone and the attendants assisted me before leaving and provided me with a USB cable for my phone to allow it to pair with the vehicle. Great service.

Been to SAV several times and National is the best. Located right out side door of terminal. Emerald aisle is stocked and employees are friendly and accommodating. Driving away within minutes of bag retrieval. Best rental experiences every time.

When I flew into Savannah Airport, my luggage got damaged. And the lady at the claims department of this airline did absolutely NOTHING to help me. I man handle two pieces of luggage from the baggage claim area to where the National Station. Once I arrived to the counter on National. Ashley M helped me pointing me in the right direction to check out my rental. Because I was an elite member. Ashley M and Tanya Brown told me to get a luggage cart it would be easier. I then said don't they cost to use.
And they told me no. Tanya Brown told me to wait there and she'd get me one. Both Ashley M and Tanya Brown were very helpful and I greatly appreciate everything they did to help me out.

National Car Rental makes it extremely easy to pick up and drop off your car. I really appreciate how they have streamlined this process so I never worry about missing my plane.
