2nd visit and the food and service was outstanding. The food was really good. Catfish was excellent. Beer was cold and the waitress was very attentive to our needs.

Party of six for dinner. The service was simply amazing. The food was great and the portions were big. Beer's were cold, and the waitress, Diana, was super attentive to our needs. The Cactus Blossom appetizer was really good, and the sauce pairing it was great, but it was just a bit too small.

Had a little bit of a wait to get a table, but didn't know we were going on kids night. Didn't have to wait long for anything after that. Johnny, our server, took great care of us. Food and drinks were fantastic, definitely gonna come back to this location, just maybe not on kids night 😅

I strongly recommend getting on the wait list in advance. Our server Emma was awesome and the food was really good. We actually have two other Texas Roadhouse locations closer to our house, but always go out of our way for this location, we've never had a bad experience and why take a chance.

Me and my sister visited on 1/17 for our dads first Heavenly Birthday, stuff was great food was very prompt drinks were delicious we enjoyed ourself no wait as well but we did come when they opened @ 3:30pm

It was very crowded, but I enjoyed the conversation with the other guest. The atmosphere was great. So, the wait didn't seem long at all. The waitress was very nice. I wish I could remember her name. Food and drinks were very good. I will definitely return.

Great customer service
The Hiram Location has the take out family meal. It's excellent for a family of 4 on a budget. Love Texas Road House. Good food, hands down, my favorite restaurant.

Monday-Thursday Lunch Menu. 6 oz sirloin for $10.99... that's all I needed (but i dined on a Friday). Food was great. Enjoyed the complimentary bread while the food arrived. It was quite busy, so it took a little time. Managers came around to ensure all guest were satisfied. Pleasant dining experience.

Been coming here for years. Mostly always great. Service was wonderful. Food is consistently pretty good. They are usually pretty busy but know how to run things.

I ordered the 16oz sirloin (medium rare) house salad and steak fries. My food, as always, was perfectly prepared! This was my first time at this particular location. I always have extremely high expectations when it comes to my steak. I am the worst critic. I have nothing but good words for this food. I would highly recommend! Also, our wait time was zero. Atmosphere was good and our server was even better.

Our server was awesome from beginning to end. She checked on us through out our visit. We made sure to tell the manager how great she was. Suggest you do the call ahead seating because it was extremely busy when we visited.

I come often to this location and I had the pleasure of being accommodated by the sever Jeanna.

Her level of service, recommendations, attention to detail, friendly and welcoming service was outstanding. It’s hard to find great service these days. Jeanna was astounding. We will for sure be back and ask for her every-time.

Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurant to eat at and I take my family to the Hiram location often. I've never had a bad experience. I've never had a hair in my food or anything like some have reviewed on here. If I did, I know the waitress or waiter would fix any issue within reason. I'm confident that I wouldn't need the manager involved for things to be made right because the staff has always been outstanding with their service.

Great food and service tonight. Using their website to check-in online before heading there helped us get a table much quicker on a busy Saturday night.

Let the pictures speak for themselves. But I will say it was all delicious. The steaks head a great bbq taste. The rolls were the best. It took everything in my power not to put down a whole basket by myself. But I’m glad I waited for the other food.

I am in Atlanta on business and decide to visit. My bartenders were absolutely amazing. I had the fried fish dinner with broccoli and mango margarita. I said at the bar and the only thing I would say is that they need to clean the countertops better but there were a lot of people and plenty of moving parts. I left a 50% tip

We had a wonderful experience eating here. Our server Bre was upbeat, happy, gave great recommendations, quick and just overall an outstanding server. The food was great too as always.

The only bad thing if you even wanna call it that was if it was a little loud from everyone being there. I loved our server our food and drinks were great. Will be back

Me and my friend are both disabled and we went for lunch. We were immediately showed to our table. Our waitress was amazing and went beyond expectations. The meal never disappoints. It was bliss. My stress level was high and I left my smartphone. Thank God above, the staff was honest and had it waiting on me. I could not ask for a better meal or a staff that was joyful to serve. Can't wait till January to go back.

I had a great experience here. It was very busy. I believe it's veterans weekend and the place was packed. We were told it would be a 25-minute wait, and I think we actually waited 10-15 minutes. We had a very attentive waitress. We got our appetizer and entrée on a timely fashion! It honestly felt like time flew by. I got the beef tip with mashed potatoes and gravy and steak fries. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it. Tastes so good that I forgot to take a picture.

The food was great. Loved the bread. Also the best prices for Steak out of anywhere I know. We will be back for sure.
