Pettit's Lakeview Campground and Bar

I usually come here on Fridays for the special deal of 2 lobster tails for $36! It comes with a potato or veggies, drawn butter and piece of bread. You also get 1 trip to the salad bar. I enjoy Brock cuz he's fun, witty, and is on top of everything at all times. Also a beautiful view sitting at bar looking out window while still daylight to enjoy the view of the lake. Great place.

Great spot during the summer! They have live music and tons of outdoor seating right on the lake. Bring the kids and even well behaved dogs. Food is pretty incredible. My husband raves over the Bahn Mi and I love the BLT (ask for it on a baguette) thank me later. ;) Also the coconut shrimp and their sauce to dip it in is next level.

Drinks were good. Food excellent. I have hab Cuban sandwiches in Key West Florida. The Cuban here was that good and that authentic.

Returned here recently and had a Vietnamese sandwich called Bahn Mi. It was delicious! It was a pulled pork with pickled vegetables and a Vietnamses BBQ sauce.
On our newest trip they added ice cream drinks to the menu. The grass hopper was delicious. The Bahn Mi was just as satisfying as last time.

We returned with some family. Our granddaughter loved the play area. Plus the Cuban is back!

And is very good! So was the Mai Tai!

Beautiful day on the patio. Nice views and great food. The California chicken sandwich was delicious.

Amazing setting; super friendly service in the midst of a crowd. You do not need teeth to eat the ribs; if you order a full rack expect to take a box home. The rack will beat you; 14 large ribs!

This is a must stop for anyone in the area. Lakeview has some amazing food, the most polite and adorable staff and music to top it all off! Did I mention meat raffles on Sundays??
Stop in for a small bucket of goodness, strike up a conversation with the staff and enjoy relaxation at it's finest.

Great view and friendly staff… food is good as well, large selection of drinks… ordered calamari, wings, and coconut shrimps…

Hands down my favorite place year round! Good food, good people, good owners. They always know what Im drinking and there is a 99% chance they know what Im eating! (Jakes Special add bacon!) Live outdoor music in the summer, fun patio and a place to dock the boat if you're coming off the lake!

Such a good place to pull up for drinks and snacks. Everyone seemed to be having fun, good music playing and fantastic drinks. The grasshopper is perfect for a warm summer day. Our waitress was very attentive and took great care of our group. The view is perfect as well and hard to beat having a beach and swimming area!

We stopped in with a friend. Beautiful view of the frozen Rock River. We ordered & devoured some appetizers such as theur delicious coconut shrimp.

Both times we stopped in there was live music. Very fun and lively atmosphere. It boarders a campground so you have a rich mix of people getting away for the weekend and people just stopping out for a view of the lake and good food.
There is a playground and swimming beach on site so kiddos are very welcome. Both are within proximity to tables so you can eat and watch your littles.
The drinks are very reasonably priced for being on a lake! The food was good and the service was prompt and friendly.
This place has all of the ingredients for a fun and relaxing night.

We sat outside and had a beautiful view of the lake while we enjoyed our lunch.
My sister had the crab cake grilled cheese and I had a burger. They make their pan chips and they were awesome. I got the side of French onion dip. The fries were really good too.
Next time I am visiting my sister's summer place, I will insist we go back

We love going to Pettit's Lakeview it is a beautiful setting on Lake Koshkonong....outdoor seating is comfortable and abundant...your choice sun or shade....I had a New item Grilled Salmon salad with the ginger dressing and nice greens it was excellent....a favorite local business for sure

Barely a blip on the map. This is a place if you don't know about and aren't adventurous....you'll probably not find it. It's at the backside of a campsite/trailer park and it is worth the adventure!!!! The bar is bigger than you'd think. Right on the beach, off Lake Koshkonong, with lots of outdoor seating and a live (awesome) band the night we came. Food was really good, drinks as well. Would absolutely go again!!!

Absolutely perfect bluegills. Serve them from lunch through dinner on Friday.

Even as the storm rolled in last weekend this place was still full. Staff is always great and the customers are friendly ♥. Great place for people with kids as well they have a playground that they can be on while waiting for their food.

Loved the night out with live music. Band was "2am band" good food and entertainment.

My boyfriend and I love coming here!! Definitely a top favorite.

Always the go to family meeting spot when I come home for a visit. I like the kids can play while we visit & have drinks.

In town from Iowa and looking for a place to eat on the lake. Tyler was our server. He was great! Especially when you consider 5 adults coming in 20 minutes or so before close! The Italian beef was excellent and also the Cuban. Had cheese curds and Portebella mushroom appetizers. The mushrooms were especially good. Would recommend!! One of the biggest surprises was the Baked French Onion soup....YUMMM. Will definitely visit again. Only reason for 3 stars on atmosphere was because of so close to closing on a Monday night we missed most of the other diners and action.
