WOW is all I can say! This was my first home buying experience and I called Leslie Schlader on a holiday at 2pm interested in a house, was able to see the house that day and in the same calander month, I was able to close on the house. Wow, I cannot say enough about Leslie Schlader and the Teresa Cowart Team! I live in Louisville, KY and had a sister that passed away in Savannah, GA. Not knowing a soul in Savannah, the Teresa Cowart Team was referred to us by a family member and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Leslie Schlader was by our side the entire two weeks my husband and I were in Savannah dealing with unfortunate circumstances. The house needed an extensive clean up and Leslie was right there with us getting down and dirty. Once the house was on the market and we were back in Louisville we had a contract on the house within a week and closed within a month. Dealing with this situation long distance every call, text and email were answered without delay.
