Let me tell you at first I looked at reviews and I saw the comment but once I’m not the type to believe other people cause people don’t tell the truth. When I started the program I had a overwhelming amount of support from ms Thompson she was great she knew where I was coming from and she help me with the process and now as of today I’m moving into my home after 2-3 months of working with her . I greatly appreciate her and it’s easy all you have to do is FOLLOW DIRECTIONS is not that hard follow what she say do and you will be in your home. I just recently had a credit card repair and needed a move around Atlanta Metro, found Marquita Thompson, Dream Homes Consulting through a friend at an event and she was really helpful. I enrolled in the second chance program around January and got listings for great house choices in the neighborhoods I wanted. Her husband was available to check out some of the house with me although there were times when they were busy due to the nature of their work. Luckily, I got a great place right on time with Dream Homes Consulting. The fees were worth it and they were helpful. I’m currently undergoing the Financial and Credit Counseling program offered by them and it’s really helpful towards effective financial management.

I truly had given up on this whole rental process and Atlanta for that matter when my mother told me to call Dream Homes. She'd found an ad online and thought it suited my needs. When I called Mrs Thompson was very polite. She answered all of my questions. Not being from Georgia made it hard to locate a home, but with a low credit score the chances of locate home for my four children seemed impossible. I gave Mrs. Thompson all of the things the home had to have when I went to my consultation appointment. We had exactly three weeks until I had move out of my friends house. Mrs. Thompson sent me over the second chance homes I qualified for. After that the process went very quickly. Mrs Thompson walked me through everything. I thought that after I got approved our business was complete. But she emailed me reputable moving companies and even assisted me with calling to get my utilities connected. She truly is a great person with a wonderful soul. If anyone is tired of searching for a home on their own call this consulting company they are great. Actually Mrs Thompson just got me enrolled into the credit repair program they have. Hopefully this time next year I'll be buying a forever home for my children and I.

I have recently moved to Atlanta for a research project and I'm so glad to finally get a nice place to rent in a new city, thanks to Dream Homes Consulting. It seemed difficult at first, and I was fortunate to be referred to this company as I was advised to enroll in their Second chance program to improve my chances of renting a home. So also, I underwent their Financial and Credit programs and true to their word and professionalism, I was able to rent a home that's even close to my kids new school. The home is perfect for the duration I'll be staying in Atlanta and I'll highly recommend Mrs. Thompson and her husband to anyone, as they're so courteous and accommodating.

Mrs. Marquita Thompson and the programs they offer is a great tool if you want to get approved by property managers, repair your credit and learn financial management through their financial and credit counseling program. At a point I was skeptical and unsure if we’ll get a home to rent because she informed us that most of the houses on the listings won’t be available for long and they had to get across to the agents in time. I read all the reviews and boy let me tell you the truth I was skeptical about using Dream homes to be honest Because some Ppl said it was a scam & don’t waste your money & my husband said what u wanna do & I was like I spend/ waste that money on stuff thats not important & I wanna do it & I won’t look at it as a lost/scam but an investment on finding our Dream Home. I was just putting my Faith in God & the Universe. Because my landlord sold the house on short notice and didn’t tell me until 1 week before it was time for the house to get an inspection from the ppl who was buying the house. Through the services with Dream Homes & The wonderful help of Mrs.Thompson who did call me once a week on Tuesday & always answered my email or returned my calls once I left a message. I was able to sign into & view the different listings & I was able to self tour several houses & finally make my choice of my dream home now & I have a voucher ALL PEOPLE REALLY HAVE TO DO IS FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS.
