This is a second review of Nappy Rootz.
Dimplezz is sweet, friendly, efficient, and understanding if you are late to an appt. ( I did call to inform her I would be) 😊 and I am so happy with my hair journey so far. I started 5 months ago! Brianna is just as sweet and friendly as well. I appreciate their work ethics!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Being that I’m one month in on my loc journey, I’ve already found my loctician home for life! Ty did such a great job with my first wash and retwist and also educated me on how to maintain my locs. I love this place, it’s BLACK OWNED and I love the vibe.. everyone is so kind and genuine! The women are is so down to earth and seeing how they connect with their clients/regulars is so heartwarming to find a business where the employees actually love what they do. Nappy Roots isn’t just a hair salon, it’s an experience. Tyanna I’ll see you in a couple months girl! Thank you!!

This hair oil is AMAZING and it smells sooooo good! It’s not heavy and overly greasy. It leaves my hair soft with an amazing lemon smell. I use it every other day to condition my hair. I have also noticed an abundance of new hair growth. Thank you so much for this product and I will def keep it in my beauty regimen.

I took my eight year old to Dimples to start her locs . Dimples was professional , polite and exceeded my expectations. She did a wonderf mul job and both me and my daughter was happy with her.work we will definitely be coming back
