Batteries Plus

Battery Plus programmed a new key fob for my Infiniti Q50 2014. I had lost one of my original key fobs and only a dealership or a locksmith could program a new one. However, Battery Plus was also able to do it with ease and at a reasonable price. I paid only $70 plus tax for the programming service. The only requirement was that I had to bring a genuine blank (virgin) key fob, which I bought online from eBay. I was very satisfied with the speed of their work.

The customer service was excellent. Josh was helpful and knowledgeable. The store manager Tim,was wonderful as well. My car is running better with the new battery. Thank you so much!!!! 💓

New in town and needed some last minute batteries. As I was aimlessly looking for a Walmart or anywhere that would have batteries, I saw the sign for this place. I was promptly and nicely greeted as soon as I walked in, asked if I needed help and once I found what I needed the staff rang me up and wished me a good evening and Happy Thanksgiving. It is obvious their level of customer service is pushed down from the management level. I have found my go to place now when I need batteries of any sort!

My recent experience at the Batteries Plus in Duluth was very good. I was purchasing a new battery for our garage door opener battery backup. The clerk was knowledgeable and I like that I can leave the old battery for recycling.

Not only did they have a rare lithium battery than I couldn't find anywhere else, the Manager waited for me after store closing hours to allow me time to get there to purchase it!! Thanks so much!

Great and quick service if you go early. Definitely going to go again. Got my car battery replaced in 10 minutes for a cheap price. Shoutout to the staff for making it easy.

iPhone 8 repair: I called BestBuy, explained the phone I had and the screen needed to be replaced. I was quoted the price but told them I’d have to schedule a time later to ensure what day I’d be free the following week. Made my appointment online and included a note specifying the phone is an iPhone 8 and needed a new screen. I got a call the day of the appointment stating the tech who could do the repair would be there the next day so they rescheduled me. Next day, I leave my job, in the middle of our daily rush while being one persons short, to arrive to BestBuy and be informed they no longer service iPhone 8’s. What. The. Yeah…

So, my wife reminds me there’s a Batteries Plus on Pleasant Hill. I’m irritated from BestBuy having every opportunity to not waste my time on top of really needing to go back to work. I walk in, Candy is who helps me. I know she can see I’m not in the best mood. She was polite, listened to what was needed, got me out the store quick. Came back after work, the phone was ready as promise, works, and screen protector put on straighter than any mall kiosk ever.

Candy was the rockstar of the day and helped alleviate one huge stress I had. Thanks!

This place always has the batteries I need. With the lifetime warranty that they offer, I'll never have to pay for a replacement battery to go in my car remote again. Such a good deal. They also change the old batteries for you so that whole process could not be any easier than just finding the time to stop by the store.

they are very helpful. i was especially pleased the last time i went in to have the battery changed on my favorite watch - no charge! apparently i had previously purchased a "plan" that covered all battery replacement on that watch going forward. i didnt remember, but they did and took care of it for free. SCORE! great folks. been going there for years with various items.

I needed to replace my key fob battery and had previously purchased the lifetime battery warranty. I went in and my battery was replaced quickly. At no charge today, that warranty was well worth the couple of extra dollars I spent on it the last time I replaced my key fob battery. Thank you!

Love this place! Replaced my Pruis 12V battery on my lunch break - installed for free. Great staff & extremely friendly . Highly recommend Xavier at the Pleasant Hill Road location in Duluth. He was so nice and helpful both in person and on the phone.

Purchased a battery for my APC UPS online for store pickup. Within 24 hrs my order was recognized and I was informed that my order was ready for pick up. Even received a 10% discount on the purchase. Great customer service.

With big stores limiting their stock of so many things, having this place dedicated to what they do is a good thing. Wish they had more 18650 selection, but everything else they are great for. Led bulbs, flash lights, and the 12v battery bricks for UPSs and alarm backup battery stuff.

I ordered 2 Samsung Galaxy Note 4 batteries online, drove to the store, and was immediately greeted at the door. My order was ready, I picked it up and was on my way to work. Great, fast and friendly service!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had batteries replaced in my watches and they give lifetime replacement warranty, so you technically get free battery for the rest of your life. That’s a really great deal.

BPB had a problem replacing the battery on my iPhone 5. Instead of casting me off, they provided a replacement iPhone 5s at the cost of the repair. Staff was great at working thru the problem. Kudos to the staff at the Pleasant Hill Rd Duluth Georgia store.

Had the car battery I needed at a reasonable price. Best of all the young man who took care of me couldn't have been nicer, more efficient or more polite. I am very pleased and impressed.
