Went to the White Bluff a road location this morning to sell two pistols that were just sitting around collecting dust. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier. They paid me a pretty fair amount for both firearms and I couldn’t be happier. The staff st this location are certainly more pleasant than the Highway 21 location in Garden City. Thank you, guys!

I've bought, pawned and sold gold jewelry with pawnshops for years. I've found their prices are right in line with other pawnshops, maybe even a little better. I've found their dollar amounts on loans to be fair as well if not better. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

If you deal with pawn shops ... it is what it is... a short term loan solution.

You'll receive about 20% of the original price of the item. It's not designed to be a dollar for dollar trade.

As far as sales people, again I wonder what kind of expectations someone may be bringing to the table.

No one is going to enjoy hearing that they can only get about a 20% loan value from an item of real worth.

Realistically it should only be used as last resort. It's a high interest ( about 25% ) short term loan solution.

Buy your stuff back out or you'll lose.

Came up here for the Mother's Day sale some stuff is up to 20%... I'm shopping for a necklace thinking it will be cheaper NOPE 😕 I'm going back to the mall and buy a brand new one it's only $30 more. The staff was great way better then the one on Victory Dr and the place was ok 👍

They do not do western union, they only take money not give it out!

I do business there often with alot of their employees, which are great. But there is one employee there, who just throws out numbers on items when it comes to loans. She does not research the items values, and this was one more than one occasion. First time she referred to a Bluetooth surround sound stereo as a "Clock radio" and she argued with me that my $256 dollar TV was not a smart t.v. based on the REMOTE CONTROL. the t.v. came pre loaded with all the streaming app (Hulu, Netflix, YouTube) and even had the ability to mirror other devices...the offer for the loan was $40. I will continue to do business there, but if I see her in there I'm turning the other way. If you are going to get a loan provide proof of the value of the item that you are bringing. That was just terrible service on more than one occasion.

Cash America Pawn on White Bluff Rd is a mf rip-off cause I just pawned my gun there last week and now they telling me I done been denied when I've been here several times before but y'all got another thing coming if you think you gone keep my prized possession you got another thing coming cause I can see if the firearm was dirty and wasn't in my name then yea,but in other words I got a lawsuit pending

Dont even waste your time. Employees are lazy and incompetent.

Do not come to Cash America, and speak to Wilson. He has no customer service skills. When you are selling a product you should never call it trash! He is not professional or courteous in any way. Please take care when you choose an establishment to frequent. Find another facility besides this one. I am a former soldier and they should put this place on the banned list on post. I can’t believe how disrespectful and nonchalant this guy was. Take care and your money elsewhere!
