Excellent customer service, professional, and clean environment. Mrs. Priscilla is a MASTER at her craft. She did an excellent job on my sisterlocks. She provided education as well as reassurance. I'm happy to have found her.

I loved this place Mrs.Pricilla explained everything to me being that this was my first time experiencing sisterlocks for the first time. She takes her time and make sure everything she was taught she does it on your hair perfection and if you have any questions she is always there for you. You can ask her all kinds of questions for sisterlocks she knows. She is awesome and the best I love my hair and I am glad I chose Mrs. Priscilla. Just wanted to say thank you.

Professional consult, timely hair appt, courteous, and very appropriate atmosphere. I brought my 4y old to get a const and was overly pleased with her hair. We loved the location, the salon, & appreciated the patience with my baby girl.

Came for a hydration treatment, trim, and style. She was very knowledgeable and helped me decide what hair style to go with at my visit and even gave some great natural hair tips as I am newly natural.

Francess was a God send for me. I had someone else braid my hair Sat evening and it was terrible! I can't even describe in words what it looked like. Let's just say, my 7 year old grandson cuts paper better than this girl can braid, style or cut. I called Francess Sunday and I was in her shop Monday morning. She had me hooked up in a few hours. I've been receiving compliments non-stop since walking it to work. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Francess. I have found my one and only hair braided.

This stylist's behavior made me sick to my stomach. Not only was she unprofessional, I wholeheartedly believe she's taking advantage of people who want/need their hair done. She charged my relative by the hour, by hitting a clock and saying another hour. Then she interrupted the session to charge her. My relative considered cutting her locs because the appointment cost her $400. I wish the stylist well but hope she considers how she treats all of her clients. It does seem by the reviews that some are satisfied with her work. Good luck with this one.

Save Save your time, money and sanity and find someone else!

This stylist is very unprofessional. On my first appointment, I arrived on time and she waited a while to even greet me then proceeded to started eating as if I didn't have an appointment and didn't start my hair until she was done. Conversation was very minimal. All she did was complain about my hair and how much time it would take. All that complaining just to finish my hair quicker than she expected. She then charged me a fee for an extra 30 minutes as if I didn't have to wait 30 minutes. I didn't care though cause my hair was done and at the time that's all I cared about. I also left a tip... cause that's just how I am

I booked a second appointment with her for the day before Thanksgiving. It's been booked Weekes on advance. She text me on Monday telling me she needs to reschedule my appointment and I can come at 6am tomorrow (Tuesday) or the day after Thanksgiving on Friday. I reluctantly said I can come on Friday. She confirmed. I get there, yet again ON TIME, and the building is dark and the parking lot is empty. I waited about 10 minutes and then it texted her letting her know I was there.... NO RESPONSE. I waited another 10 minutes before deciding to leave. She never responded to me. Never apologized. Didn't offer anything for wasting MY TIME yet again.
