Starbucks

This is the BEST starbucks I have ever been to. They always make my drink PERFECTLY. I think the parking lot it's in is a bit crowded but I go through drive thru anyway, so that doesn't bother me.

I ordered on Uber eats and the driver opened my drink. When I called to ask if they had bagged it up I spoke with Madi and she assured me that it was bagged up when the driver picked it up. I had to reorder and when I did Madi sent a $5 gift card with a note apologizing for my experience. It really made up for the bad experience and it was so appreciated. Thank you Madi!!!

Every time I go to this location, which by the way, it’s my favorite location when I am visiting Georgia… I always have a quality delicious product

i was greeted at the drive thru by eli and she was the most respectful and kind woman. she made small talk with me to make any wait time go faster. she’s truly the best worker i’ve come in contact with here even though they’ve all been amazing each time i’ve come by

Pleasant experience good music, Kai had great energy and helped me decide on which holiday flavor to try in my cold brew we went with the chestnut flavor which was delightful and my drink was ready right after I paid

I love this Starbucks. Best team working here of any coffee shop I have ever been too. They take such good care of everyone. I really appreciate the awesome customer service and strong positive culture. Great way to start the morning.

Based on today’s visit I’m giving them a five star rating all my food items were there even the food items that I forgot to place in my order they must’ve seen it I was having a rough morning thank you Starbucks Duluth Highway/316

Emily and keke are the absolute best. I stop there every morning just for the customer service. They always have a smile on their face and are so friendly. I also love the guy but I can’t think of his name

Went during happy hour. Buy one get one free. The line inside and outside was ridiculous but worth the wait. They messed up when they over charged me but they quickly fixed it and gave me everything I ordered for free. I love free lol.

Amazing, Nitro Cold coffee like silk. I've been so impressed with Starbucks. The Lemon Crunch Parfait is over the top.

I cannot tell you how many times I've come in here just to use the Wi-Fi and study and not buy anything and no one says anything.

I just went through the Drive Thru and the team was very helpful and lovely. Rachel took my order, and help me though it all. She recommended me a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, and it tasted amazing. I got my order fast too. Very about the experience was amazing.

My wife and Had the best experience in drive-thru. The cashier was nice, warm and welcoming. She even joked with us about getting extra slices of lemon pound cake. She made our day better!

Tried a new drink here via mobile app. It was not what I was expecting and so I hesitated on asking but glad that they were so sweet about just making me another drink with so much understanding.

I'm here visiting from Alaska for my kids and precious grandchildren. My daughter and I received excellent customer service. She couldn't find her gift card and staff remained patient and calm. She wasn't irritated at all. My daughter was stressing because she couldn't find it and staff made her feel better about the situation. They were all amazing and our drinks were soooo good. I normally don't go to Starbucks but will definitely visit them again when I return. Kudos to Hannah, Kayln, Emily and Gabby. You all made our experience great.Happy New Year!

This location is always full of people. They seem to come to do their work for the day. I usually can not find a seat even on nice weather the outside seats are taken but the coffee is made well. Good fun staff are always smiling and make sure I like my drink before I leave. They always offer to make it again if it isn't right but it is always on the money. GREAT location

Fast service, they remembered my usual order.

I wish I could give you even higher than the original 5 stars I posted. I visited the store on Scenic Hwy. and TRULY understand how amazing your staff and store really are.

Tonight, I was ignored by the three women working in the Scenic Hwy store. One lady was stocking the display fridge and the counter was so piled with crap, I couldn't get to the register to check out. The lady that did ring me up, did so as though I was an interruption. No thank you, no bag for my food, no receipt.

YOUR location at 316 and 120 ALWAYS provides EXCEPTIONAL service -except for the one time in the evening when you ran out of the Protein Bistro Boxes (Not really a big deal). You provide excellent service, even when the place is PACKED. There is one guy, when he hands me my order, thanks me and asks me to let him know if what he made me isn't PERFECT. That's SERVICE I TIP BIG FOR. I'll drive across town to your location for SERVICE before I darken the door of the Scenic Hwy. location again. I always enjoyed the customer care your location provided. Now I REALLY appreciate it.

I want to give Brandy a huge shout out this morning. After ordering a passion tea lemonade and paying for it at the window the cashier told me they were out. She went above and beyond. To get my drink. Best manager I’ve ever dealt with here. Keep up the good work and amazing service.
