Diego and Jerry were a pleasure! They are both extremely polite and friendly, in a professional way. I came in for a tire repair, but ended up spending more, because I decided to get the recommended work done, which I was already aware that I needed. I had a million questions, and they happily and patiently answered every one. They were very thorough in their responses, and as a customer and a woman who knows little about cars, I truly appreciated that.

Also, this location never has me waiting for extended amounts of time, like the dealership does. My repairs took 2 hours, because of all I had done, and I can’t even get an oil change that quickly at the dealership. Even when there are other customers, it never takes long here. I left feeling confident that my car was in the right hands. Thank you, Guys! They didn’t ask me to write this, I just did, because they are that great.

I selected this business to do a front-end alignment based on the positive Google reviews, and I was not disappointed! I was particularly impressed with the service time to complete the alignment. From my observation, this business values its customers' time because they all seemed to revolve in and out within a reasonable time. And, the best part of all is they beat their competitor's prices. I'll be back!

Jerry was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and his customer service was awesome. This establishment works quick and safely. The staff was on task and didn’t lack productivity. This will be my go to place for now on. My Lexus was in great care.

The only place I’ll ever go to. From the conversation over the phone to the moment I got my keys back was such a pleasant experience. Everything was laid out to me what needed to be done and they fixed issues that the dealership overlooked. I highly recommend them! They never disappoint. I’ll be back !!

I came to get an alignment and received that, professional, knowledgeable and personable staff members as well. The service was timely and reasonably priced. Although other areas were found that needed maintenance they explained in depth the situations and gave me percentages and potential timelines that the current parts would remain functional. I will definitely return to this establishment for future vehicle care needs.

Service is/was great it was a one-man front desk handle show and for him to be able to assist the customers and put in some work with the other guys, which by the way were only two. So it was a three man show in total today he/ they did outstanding Job!

From the moment I reached out to Tire South, I knew I was with the right company for my auto repairs.
Diego was attentive, considerate, and committed to making sure I understood the depth of services and repairs for my vehicle. On top of exceptional customer service, these gentlemen are honest. They were upfront about all of the things that were working well on my vehicle and did not overwhelm me with unnecessary recommendations. In fact, I think my assessment of what was wrong far exceeded theirs!
I purchased a new set of tires with ALL of the works (fairly priced!), got an oil change, air filter replacement, and light restoration for under 1k.
I'd read reviews about Diego and Jerry prior to reaching out to Tire South-Riverdale and it is not fluff--they are a customer's dream team. Thanks for making these dreaded repairs seamless (and for fair pricing). It's hard to find auto service companies that stand on honesty, humanity, and integrity. Very friendly service. I received everything I wanted at a great price. Didn't feel like they were trying to get over on me being a female. Wait time was fair for all the services that I received. I will be returning.

Mr. Randall is the best. I asked for specific tires an alignment. He ordered the tires. I brung my car a couple days later to get service. After the worker examined the car they notice I needed more front end work , so Mr. Randall said he would not take money and do an alignment until I get that fixed. That's what type of people I like dealing with (Trustworthy). Thanks, Mr. Randall and TireSouth! I will see ya next week

Great customer care! Clean and immaculate! Che and Jerry go above and beyond to give superior customer service and have a great rapport with customers and employees. They give awesome advice, recommend locations who Tire South partner's with, and do a superb job of letting customers know about specials and when to also upsell additional services. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and family!!!

I had an excellent experience at Tire South. The manager was very kind and accommodating. He and the mechanic went above and beyond to ensure I got the service I needed. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for reasonably priced tires and great service.

I was told by autozone that I needed an alternator and starter and recommended tiresouth.got there and they checked my car and they drove my car and the only thing autozone didn't screw the bolts when they replaced my battery....Tire South is an honest place to go.I left praising God for putting good honest people in my path. They are truly HONEST people..may GOD continue to enrich them
