Thank you EMILY for the great check out experience. The clothing selections were diverse for the most part. With the pandemic it makes shopping a little more challenging since you can’t use the dressing rooms. Thankfully there are lots of mirrors around the store. I like that the different sections are separated into there own rooms. Men’s which has a really nice selection is dimly lite, while the kids and the women’s area are bright. Very nice contrast. The store was clean and although there weren’t people around to assist there was enough of a variety of sizes to help yourself. I did see one lady help a young man find something for a female on FaceTime, which was great! You can even get an immediate 10% off when you sign up for their rewards program and get cool savings etc. upon check out. Covid precautions like the dressing room, space while in line, along with posted signs were appreciated.

Good collection of affordable clothes for Gents. Ladies and Kids. They have separate areas for Gents, ladies and Kids shopping. Store is very spacious and clean.

Nice shop and the Young lady Farima was exceptional in her customer service skills and Even tried to help me find my Utility boiler Jean jumpsuit I'm desperately wanting but still sold out of!! Nonetheless I will be back as her diligence in trying to help me was amazing!! The manager Ahmad was pleasant as well... I'll still be Trying to get that jumpsuit!!

I shop here all the time. Favorite store at Sugarloaf mills. Can find all the latest trends and perfect sizes. Never been disappointed with the purchases. The customer service is not bad but they could improve in certain ways.

Great prices, friendly staff, and well organized! Went to see one specific item and ended up with two things... but at the price, was well worth it. Literally came out to two dresses for the price of the one she was looking at in Ross!

I love shopping at H&M! I can always find an outfit or a piece to had to my wardrobe. The prices are wonderful and so are the employees!

Bruhhhh.....the only place you get 5 full outfits for under $60 dollars if you look in the right places and still end up looking like a star. Material could use a bump in quality but hey what do you expect 🤔.

I love going to H&M great prices all the time and there clothing is soooo different and professional and casual kids department could be bigger though
