Bartenders are friendly and prompt with service. Our meals were served fresh and were very delicious. Would dine in again!

The food was delicious! Great flavor pairings. Blackened fish tacos, hot chicken sandwich, Thai salad and jambalaya. Hot chicken was HOT and we like spicy. Prices were high but looked comparable to others in the area. We were driving through and really appreciated a non-sports bar option.

Very good food... Very busy place... Made reservations as we had a group of 9. We were seated right away, service was good, but slow. It appeared that they may have been short staffed as out waitress was beyond busy, which made for the slow service. She did very well for the situation she was handed I'm sure. Drinks were slow coming from the bar, food came out in a timely manor along with the appetizers... The kids' plates came out first which I thought was awesome as kids have less patience once they see people getting their food... So that was an awesome on the service part! Food was so good, will definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Such a great place to have a delicious meal.
Staff if beyond fantastic and so friendly. We ordered some unique drinks that we will definitely be coming back to the area to have again.
If you haven't been here, I would highly recommend a stop.

We enjoyed dinner last night. My wife's diet is a bit restricted, but the menu offers plenty of options. Comfortable seating. Belt driven fans! Great, flavorful food. Waitress was a hoot. I'd stop again when in the area.

Full and fair disclosure, may be a regular here. With that, New Richmond is lucky to have this place. Best food, best service, and best atmosphere east of the Twin Cities. Hard to find anything bad on the menu.

Our bartender Shanen was phenomenal!! Super fast service and so friendly. I got the Surf and Turf and my husband got the Steak Alfredo, HIGHLY recommend!! Would give this 10 stars if I could.

This is a very nice restaurant located in downtown new Richmond. I really enjoy the hot Nashville chicken fingers and the beverages was good also. Coming back soon Millards 😄😄😄

Wonderful service and great food. For dinner service, I was seated quickly and served a Spotted Cow fast. My chicken littles was also served fast and hot. Portions are also a satisfying size. The service was very friendly for our tables orders of a entree and drink to just dessert and a drink. I even ordered a to-go meal which was delivered as checks were being given. I really enjoyed this chill eatery with amazing food.

Always good. Love the smash burger and the lemon chicken. The Nashville hot chicken is also delish. Our waitress, Sophia is always awesome and so friendly. Worthy of a generous tip.

Went here for a business sponsored dinner and was not disappointed in any way. Service was great, food was serve quickly. We tried the salmon and steak with veggies. Each were cooked to absolute perfection.

Wonderful food and great service! Love the variety of options, but especially those for sea food lovers.

Came in for our 25th Anniversary dinner. Food was great and the service was, too. Hubby had the Ribeye (done perfectly!) with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Lobster Bisque. I had the Mediterranean Shrimp Pasta with a Caesar Salad. A tall Spotted Cow on tap for him, while I am a Malbec fan. We would each order these items again. Finished it off with a shared piece of Key Lime Pie. (Make sure they out enough whip cream on it! We had to ask for more).
We will definitely return in the near future and will try some other menu items that piqued our interest as well.

They have really great dishes here and everything is very delicious. This is where we go to treat ourselves. Service can be a little slow at times, but the food is always worth the wait.

Very much enjoyed four dinners during a week we spent visiting New Richmond. Food quality was outstanding….well prepared, unique sauces, very tasty. Easily the best place to eat in NR and I’d love to have this restaurant in the Dallas area. Staff was super friendly and efficient.

Such an amazing place, the food is made to perfection. The drinks stay steady pouring. The employees are always uplifting and welcoming. Truly recommend this place for date night or simply just to gather with friends.

We had an event in their banquet area. Food ordered was great, bartender was fantastic, area itself was perfect for birthday party. We enjoyed ourselves.

Had the shrimp boil with my wife. It was awesome. It said shrimp boil for two should have been for three or four with appetizers. Lots of wonderful food!

The food was amazingly beautiful but even more delicious. Staff was very friendly and great service was had, despite being busy. Can't wait to go back again!

We love everything about Mallards in New Richmond. If you haven't had a lobster roll there, you are missing out!!
