Helicopter Park

The kids had a blast… as did my Dalmatian Daytona 😍a nice place for sure for the kids to all hang out, have lunch / picnic … all ages… and always had a beautiful breeze no matter how hot. It was 98 and I couldn’t tell! Some People are slobs that’s for sure… my mom and I walked around the whole park and picked up all the water bottles… yea I’m glad everyone is staying hydrated but man oh man they provide garbage… huge ones and two of them! Thank you for that by the way… just wish kids/ some adults would just use them! It would make it so much better for everyone! Thank you for having a place for the kids to all hang out!

A sweet little park with fun old school equipment. My kids had never experienced a real see saw before. It was so fun.

Great place for kids to play on the playground while parents walk around the playground on the path. You can still hear and see the kids.

Loved it all. Hubby and I are big kids at heart, so the sit down merry go round and the slides were a hit for us.

My children love this park. My son pitches a fit to come here!

A nice little park. The parking situation can be a little tricky during the soccer season. But the park is clean and taken care of. The kids love it. ❤

Nice and park with a walking area and play area for the small kids as well as places to play volleyball and basketball.

I've gotta hand it to the town of chickamauga this is an amazing park very creative and beautiful nice trails love the bridge helicopters so cool I'm surprised it's name is actually helicopter park but I do have to mention the bathrooms used to be HORRIBLE but now they're amazing and so clean like I don't have a lot to say about bathrooms in general but this one went from I wouldn't even pee in there to I would lick the toilet seat it's so clean and very specious too it used to be super cramped and for some reason green but now it's white and huge don't know how they did that but in grateful

Lots of stuff to do and play on. It is clean and well lit at night. There's picnic tables and a gazebo, basketball, volleyball and a soccer field. Great place for the kids and the whole family. There's also bathrooms

Love the park, always gave a great time. And you never know what you'll see.

Best local park! Great place for kids to play, family to picnic, take pictures, and walk on the trail. It's a peaceful place. The park is clean. There are restrooms right by the playground. I love everything about this local park.

I feel like this is by far the best public playground in Walker County. The old equipment still works well and the newer equipment is in great shape and is safe for all 3 of my children to play on. They enjoy coming here and I don't have to worry about them getting hurt on broken equipment. We visited yesterday for the first time since the weather has been nice this year and we were pleasantly surprised to see the newest play area added in. We all love it! It's nice to see somewhere for kids to play being kept up and well maintained! And of course the monumental helicopter is always fun to see! My son is so fascinated with it just being there.

We are new to the area, with a 2 and 4 year old, and of all the parks we've visited, this is our favorite. It's clean, small enough to keep up with both of them fairly easy, but big enough, and with enough to do, that they have tons of fun.

Took grandson to play. Nice community park with covered picnic tables and several playground attractions for children to entertain themselves.

The kids always have a good time here especially the boys since they love basketball and it is the only park around with a court I just wish they would finish and open the bathrooms and hire someone to keep them cleaned up lol
