I LOVE this Ace Hardware. Has so much stock for the size of the store. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was approached and asked if I needed help more than once. It’s convenient and has a great paint department. Also has extremely nice outside garden department. I highly recommend this Ace Hardware.

The BEST!!!!! GREAT customer service. Very attentive. If they can't help they will find someone who will/can. I will pay the extra $ just for the store to car service. Just excellent.

I started doing business with this store the first day this store opened. The day this store opened I would have given this store a five star rating, but I can't do this anymore. The employees at this store are very helpful and friendly.

My problem with this store today is nobody knows how to sharpen a chain saw chain. Wednesday of this week I brought two chain saw chains in to be sharpened. I paid 16 dollars to have two chains sharpened. I didn't use these chains until Saturday. These chains where worst than they were before I brought them in. So I took my chains back to the store on Saturday because I was mad. The guy at the store said it would be Tuesday before anybody could correct my problem. So I went to the manage of the store about the problem. The manager said I will sharpen them myself. He was real nice and friendly. Took my chains back home and tried to cut up another log still wouldn't cut through a log of wood. I got to looking at the way they sharpened my chains. The chains are so messed up the chains will have to be replaced. Chain saw chains are not cheap when you go to buy one.

I changed my review to 5 star because I contacted the manager of the store and he replaced my chains. He gave me two brand new Stihl chains. He was very nice and polite. I didn't have to pay anything. You can't beat service like that.

I've gone in here a few times for plumbing things. And they've always helped me. If one person wouldn't answer it they would ask another employee and make sure I got exactly what I came for. Even when I wasn't sure what I needed. Great staff.

My experience with elders Ace hardware is always good I've never had a bad experience there they're very helpful and very knowledgeable stop in and give them a try and get you a free bag of popcorn on your way in or out

These folks will order your wants or needs if they don't have it in stocks. They go above and beyond to pleasing their #1 (You their customer). Thats how they make me feel every time I enter Elders Ace Hardware. Thats a great feeling to have from any place you spend your money. Plenty of parking, clean, huge selection of gardening supplies, warranty on most live foliage, from drain lines, to specialty gift items. I truly love this store. Knowledgeable staffing, competitive price, huge inventory, small enough to know you, large enough to meet all your home improvement, gardening, and speciality needs. What more could you possibly ask for? I rate Elders Ace Hardware the Golden Buzzer. A+

I went to this store for a screw to fit my car door. Big Jim helped find the right screw and he even fixed my car door with the screw. Took a few minutes but he fixed it for me. The store was nice and the people were ready to help. I will so be going back.

In and out… I was asked three times if I need to help I plan a declined… I appreciate you all asking if I needed anything it’s better than walking into a store and having nobody say anything to you at all… It makes people stay when you smile and ask them how they’re doing so thank you.

I love it here. I have no negative things. Workers are there when I walk in. Offer help in any way they can.
What I do miss is the hot, fresh popcorn which you could get on the way out. Since then there is no more popcorn. Fresh, hot popcorn makes each visit more homier.

Always super helpful when you walk in the door there is always somebody there to ask you if you need help finding anything this is my favorite hardware store.
