Delsie is a great instructor! I've learned so much and felt like I saw progress really quickly. She helps you out as much, or as little, as you need, and tries to make it a fun experience for everyone.

My experience with Delsie/Shape of You started out as a 5 star experience with timely responses and professional scheduling, pay, and confirmation when booking a fun bachelorette party for my sweet sister. However, upon arriving to Delsie's studio at our scheduled time and informing her we were there for our 3pm lesson, Delsie abruptly stated "You girls never confirmed with me so..." and half heartedly shrugged her shoulders. Dumbfounded and embarrassed, I looked around the wedding party and apologized to Delsie and my guests for the confusion - waving them back to their cars and informing them I would figure something else out.

Later, I messaged Delsie to again apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience and asked what I could have done differently on my part to ensure confirmation. She then sent me a screenshot of from someone else entirely. Not only the wrong customer but the wrong date and wrong time.

I did forward her a copy of our correspondence which noted "Thank you for your payment. You are on the schedule for May 28th at 3-4pm on Saturday. Looking forward to meeting all you ladies!"

Upon this message, she did issue a refund.

The whole experience was humiliating and left me scrambling in an attempt to salvage a day that was supposed to be liberating, fun, and full of laughs to help celebrate my sister and her upcoming special day.
