This is a great place to live with large, well-maintained apartments and friendly neighbors. There is a wide variety of residents, young service members from the nearby N.A.S., families, and older folks like me. The onsite staff are considerate and responsive to residents needs, and repair requests are carried out quickly and efficiently. There are a few hidden costs like water, sewer, and trash--which run around $100 a month--and visitors having to pay for parking. Also, some people neglect to pick up after their dogs despite repeated reminders from the front office.

I can’t say enough good things about the property and the staff. I was recently looking for an apartment on short notice and Melissa practically moved mountains to facilitate a SAME DAY move-in. We arrived around 2 pm to view the property and were able to get approved, sign the lease, and move in that night. Another friendly lady in the office helped us with our technology challenges in filling out the application online. The office staff were knowledgeable, friendly, SUPER helpful and worked with a sense of urgency. They made apartment hunting an amazing experience. The apartment is great and we love the amenities, including the free rental bikes that we use to get to/from work. We’re so happy we chose St. Mary’s Landing!

The staff here at Morgan Property’s in St Marys Landing in Lexington Park MD was AMAZING!!!! From the start I started working with Andrea who is amazing. Then finished on move in day with Hana who was also amazing. The property management staff all introduced themselves before I walked out to head to my new apartment!
I walked into my new apartment and everything and I mean everything was clean and everything worked. This was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had moving into an apartment complex. I highly recommend this Apartment Complex to anyone & everyone! Very quit at night and the whole complex is clean grass clean roads clean. I have a 3 year old daughter and I feel very safe for her and myself here. I can already tell you I will be extending me lease here after my 12 month lease expires!!!

The staff (Melissa, Bianca, and Andrea) was very helpful and informative. The apartment was extraordinarily clean and many of the appliances and the carpet were brand new. I was very impressed and all of these things culminated in a very smooth and enjoyable move in process!!

I cannot say enough positive things about the staff here. I have been here for over a year and have such a positive experience. Any minor issues that arose were dealt with quickly and completely, and the staff really cares about its residents. The office staff-Melissa, Melissa and Andrea are very caring and attentive to any needs, and Josh and the maintenance staff have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly and lend a hand whenever they can. Their job is not an easy one and I really appreciate them all!

The leasing agent Andrea was very polite and worked with me and my crazy work schedule over the phone and via email to get me my appartment. I was moved in within 2 days. The lease agreement was more than fair and the pricing was perfect for me. This is a great location close to my job and shopping. The clubhouse is very clean and updated. Everything looks brand new. My new crib is A1, if i could leave more than 5 stars i would.

St. Mary's Landing Apartments and Townhomes is a beautiful place to stay. I love my apartment, and the office staff have helped me tremendously over the years. Andrea, especially, has gone above and beyond to assist me whenever possible, and all the rest of the ladies have been very friendly as well. Management has tried to make sure that the complex receives the necessary furnishings and upgrades to make this area a place people desire to live. I am more than pleased.

I've lived in St. Mary's Landing Apartments for a year now and I've enjoyed my stay here. The neighbors are friendly, the neighborhood is quiet, the pool is great, the gym has tons of workout equipment, and the staff has always helped me with everything that I've needed when I asked. Andrea has helped me from the time I arrived and she makes a trip to the office a great experience! I'm upgrading to a house now, but if I could stay here longer, I would! If you're just coming to the area or if you've been here awhile, I would definitely recommend St Mary's Landing Apartments.

St. Mary's Landing is a great community to live in. The amenities that are offered are endless. There were a few times my bank took awhile to process the rent payment and the Manager (Melissa) at the Leasing Office didn't hesitate to work with me even though my payment was going to be late. We had a closet door that was falling apart, and the maintenance department replaced them completely with better doors. If I'm not home to receive my package the post office or UPS drop it off at the leasing office for my convenience to pick up whenever. The leasing office here by the way is wonderful. JaQuita sits in the back but still shouts out where my package is located EVERY TIME I walk through the doors, which helps because I pick them up in a rush on my way to work. Andrea and Shana are two wonderful women who sit in the front and compete to fulfill your requests and help you with your apartment's needs. These ladies make sure I get notices on my door if the package has been there for a few days in case I forgot. There are also children's parks for your kids to play in, Dog Parks for you to take your dog for a walk, a gym, a business office I constantly use to print my return labels for amazon packages. If any incidents ever occur we get e-mailed or addressed about it the very next day by the management. I've been here for a few months and will stay here until I move out of the area.

I have been a resident at St. Mary's Landing for two years. The place is very nice and comfortable. The maintenance personnel are very helpful and get to trouble calls quickly and have solution to issues right away. The ladies in the office: Melissa, Andrea, Shana, JaQuita and Melissa are all very friendly and helpful. When walking into the office you get a friend and warm welcome. Being a service member and with living in different areas, St. Mary's Landing is by far the best complex I have resided in. Great job to the staff for all the work they do.

This is by far one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever lived at. From the office staff to maintenance, everyone is always willing and eager to assist. I’ve upgraded apartments since moving in in 2015 because I needed more space and the transition was very simple. I have referred multiple co-workers and friends and will continue to do so!

Andrea White has been a good communication and always ready to resolve issue relating to apartment and time I reach out to her either on phone or at his desk at St Mary's landing over the last 3years dealing with her on different issue such as maintenance and information concerning lease agreement.
Andrea White is always show concern and willing to help with smile in her face.

Great staff, and speedy maintenance. Feel very welcomed in this neighborhood. They’re working very hard/quickly to keep this neighborhood safe. The area is well policed, if anything happens they’re here within minutes, to keep the area safe. Peaceful area with great layouts in the homes.

St. Mary's landing has been one of the best apartments I have lived in over the past several years. While it is one of the more expensive places I've stayed, the amenities provided along with the apartment make this experience worth while. Shana, Andrea, and Melissa, as well as the rest of the office staff have always been extremely friendly and helpful with all of my needs. When problems do arise, the staff works efficaciously to resolve these issues and diligently provide feedback on how to handle similar situations in the future. I would like to personally thank Shana for her efforts and for helping me through the original on-boarding process; additionally, I would like to express my gratitude to both Andrea and Melissa for helping me during my process of transitioning into a new apartment. If you're in the market for a new residence, I wholeheartedly suggest that you include St. Mary's Landing Apartments in your search.

Bravo so far maintenance department is on point! The office does not pick up the phone calls. Phone call goes straight to voice mail and calls are never returned! You have to call the office more than once in a day to get an response. When the call is answer nobody identify their name. You have to ask who you are speaking with to get an name! Phone services need to be stepped up.
