Love this place,I come here everytime we have projects and as soon i found this hotel i decided to always book with them.staff have been wonderful and helpful,accidentally left couple things in a hurry and got it back the following week no problem,very professional staff,rooms are clean and on point and very comfy everytime we stay.

Wow, very impressive for the price. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were super soft and fluffy. Loved having our own patio experience it was nice to sit outside and enjoy some peace after dark. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the kids had a fun time. recommend staying here for the family trips.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, super comfortable. Assorted pillows to choose from. Modern decor. Hopefully they switch from carpet in the room to a hard surface flooring but it still appears clean and well maintained. Lots of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. Safe location. I didn't find a privacy card for the door and did not appreciate housekeeping knocking on my door early in the morning. I checked in at 130 am.. not everyone is up and ready at 700. My mornings don't start til noon so I don't like being rushed. Extremely rude. I paid for a room til check out time. Dont bother me before that.

Reserved a room as a stopping point on my trip. The checkin process was quick and friendly. The room was very clean and welcoming! I wish I were able to stay longer because the bed was SO COMFY! I had a great night’s rest.

Our room was very clean. Plenty of towels. Check in was easy. Latoya and Trumeka were very friendly and answered all questions and checked in with us several times to make sure our stay was the best experience.
I did go downstairs for a Starbucks coffee on Saturday. And I tried a breakfast wrap, which was very good. However, I could only eat half of it. It was large and could probably be shared, but my daughter didn't like that it had onions in it.
The hotel wasn't hard to find, although our GPS had us traveling a few blocks out of the way, instead of a more direct route.
We were there the last weekend of March 2019, and there were a lot of families staying there with kids involved in a tournament or playoffs of some sport or another. Saturday night, several of the younger boys were running in the halls and stairwells and making a lot of noise. After reporting this to the front desk, it was taken care of, and all was quiet for the night.
We were in Baton Rouge for a funeral and staying here made for a less stressful weekend. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay in Baton Rouge. We booked this location as a last minute weekend outing. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. We stayed two nights and the price was very good for this level of hotel. The rooms were clean and updated. The hotel has a nice indoor pool and hot tub along with a small workout area. Very convenient location. If you stay here you must try El Magay restaurant nearby, it was fantastic. Next time in Baton Rouge will be checking in here.

We were well greeted and checked-in by a friendly staff.
Many sanitizing stations and the pool is being monitored to prevent going over capacity.
A couple of issues like having to ask for sheets and cover for the sofa bed but all were quickly recovered by the staff and followed up by the General Manager, Paul Bolhuis.

Room was clean and well stocked. Was promised a microwave but the room didn't have one. Side hotel entrance broke after a few days, but otherwise the stay was extremely pleasant. Staff was courteous and willing to help accommodate. Bed was comfortable, tv was decent.

As soon as we walked in the door the staff was going out of their way to welcome us. Our 3 nights here was more than pleasant. Clean grounds, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and the food was good. Highly recommend! 😊

Awesome hotel that's been renovated and modernized, so some of the pictures are deceptive of what it actually is. The lounge is great and is a great spot to enjoy breakfast and/or work from your laptop. It's in a fantastic location with restaurants, Top Golf, and known stores right off of I-10!

The service is fantastic! We asked for a few accommodations for check in because of travels plans changing due to traffic and traveling with small children. The staff was beyond accommodating! The hotel is immaculate and we will definitely be staying here again soon.

My family and I came down to go to the water park and stayed here. The hotel staff was Very helpful. Rooms were decent and clean. Couldn't hear in the other rooms even though there were families on both sides of our room. Pool area and fitness area were all nice. No problem at check in or check out.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I had a wonderful stay!! I recently spent the past few nights here and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Lashawn was quick to greet me when I arrived. The next day I was able to speak with Tiona who was also very sweet. There was a lady there on overnight who was accommodating to myself and my guest when we needed to buy beverages at the shop. She also made check out this morning around 5AM quick and easy. Customer service in hospitality is very important to me as I too have worked front desk here in a DFW Airport hotel.

The decor was modern and sleek. We really enjoyed the shower. Very nice touch! Overall I know that if I return to Baton Rouge I’ll be staying here with these ladies again.

I almost forgot. Every person I came into contact with from housekeeping was also lovely. 5 stars all around!

Room was very clean, friendly staff, and great location! One little minus is that after other guests used the pool, all the used towels were in the elevator/around the pool/ in the hall for hours. I saw this since the pool is on the way to the elevator and it was like that before and after I came back from dinner.

I love this Hotel more than ANY other in Br,La. It doesn’t feel like a hotel it’s so clean and fresh I feel at home everytime. The staff is so professional, the manager Trumeka treated me with exceptional customer service she is an angel. From the manager to room service this hotel service deserved a 5star rating There is no other Marriot in Baton Rouge topping this one!

Very clean and friendly staff. Indoor pool so my kiddo wasn't dissapointed.
We requested a suite but when we got there ended up with a regular room. Was slightly dissapointed but the regular room was great too

So, here's the deal... it's a Courtyard hotel but the difference is the staff! The front desk lady has been outstanding with every request made and truly happy to do it. The gentleman who prepared my dinner, Crispy Brussle Sprouts and Bacon Cheeseburger with Avocado, which was excellent by the way; was awesome... and finally the lady who made me my evening Americano and gave me a chocolate chip cookie couldn't have been sweeter! Definitely a hotel to stay at when in Baton Rouge!!!

We needed a room to crash in just for one night but this hotel exceeded our expectations. Helpful staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. The second time around, we were not able to get to the hotel because of bad weather conditions. The hotel was kind enough to cancel our reservations and refund our money (even though that is not their policy). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Baton Rouge!

LaToyia & Yvette were very sweet. LaToyia made sure my room was comfortable & she went over and beyond with any requests I may have had.

During breakfast, Yvette was very patient as she explained everything. I enjoyed my stay so much, I will definitely be back!!
