Walmart Pharmacy

As always, my scripts were ready very quickly and I was notified via text, also done quickly. I have never had a issue with this pharmacy. As a matter of fact, I feel safe using them and am always informed about the script at the time of pick up. I know I am responsible for knowing their hours of business. Simply the best.

The pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help me. When I first moved to this area it was hard especially with all my prescriptions in another state. They took good care of me and transferred everything for me.

I was able to get my medication and checkout was great and speedy. Staff is always professional in demeanor. The only constructive feedback I can give is that their phones need to have a voicemail system in place so that some appropriate callbacks can have the opportunity to be made.

I can not recommend this pharmacy at all. Historically, I never have to get medications but the few times that I have, I used Walmart thinking they would be cheaper and would have a pretty efficient process. Not the case at all. Most recently I had to have prescriptions for my dog that the vet called in. The first time was October 21st on a Friday night. When I got to the pharmacy, they didn't have the prescription, so they said. After leaving and coming back, they "found" it but now didn't know the strength. It took almost 3 hours but the pharmacist did finally fill the script. Fast forward to this Friday evening when he got two more scripts for his eye. The vet called me back to confirm that the script was called in and had all the information that would be needed. I went to pick them up- the pharmacy was closed. So on Saturday I went back at 7:30pm and they were again closed. I went back today after church and guess what? They didn't have the script they said!! After talking with the pharmacist and the tech, they both insist they don't have it and checked everywhere they say. Although last time when they finally found it, it was on the voicemail that they assured me they check routinely. Today, they wouldn't check the voice-mail after I asked them twice. Needless to say, I am done with this pharmacy!! Three trips this weekend and two at the last episode and too much hassle to get some eye drops for my dog.

I wish zero stars were available. After having to wait for insurance to allow the fill (today) I came back after 12p today (2 hours out of my way round trip) for the refill as I was told to do so by a Walmart pharmacy tech 4 days ago for a prescription they got from my provider 6 days ago!!!

They knew this had to be filled for close to a week and can't handle basic supply chain logistics!

Now I'm at a competitor just down the road waiting for my provider to send the transfer over (that Walmart told me was ALREADY DONE) another 2+ hours, then fill time here.

Please NEVER trust this incompetent company with any medication you can't live without. You will deeply regret it!

Staff is great! The pharmacist wanted to play God with my prescription though. I have no time to argue with someone that knows nothing about my condition.
