Trident Inn & Suites, Baton Rouge

Obviously, this isn't a 5-star hotel, but i've never found a cleaner, nicer, quieter hotel for the money, so it's get's 5 stars for it's league. Pool is 4' wading pool, but clean with no algae. Wifi was solid, and got to watch the Saints live on cable from the hottub. The hot tub and flatscreen TV in the room gave off budget Vegas vibes in a good way. The staff was simply friendly and helpful, no fuss checkin/out, or meeting requests. Thanks Trident _/\_

We was very pleased with the room. Only thing the hair dryer was broke. Every thing was clean and nice. Air was cold, shower was hot, tv worked. Beds comfortable. Staff was nice. Will stay here again if needed to get a motel room. Oh had a pool,was clean we didnt get to swim.

Had a great trip for the most part, but the cast and crew aren't too blame for that. Having to wait 5 days to get a deposit back is the only down side, That's never good, but small stuff right? Really, really sweet place to relax and swim. Thanks Guys.

Jordan did good job with maintenance & was great. Housekeepers were great. Hasib was very helpful & managed the hotel well. Trenae is an outstanding host as well & they all went out of the way to make us feel at home and welcomed!😊. Miranda and Mary 06/26/2023 #225

I enjoy my stay like always , Jordan the maintenance guy fixed my plug in my bathroom as soon as I told him.Very kind , respectfull ,well mannered ,and very professional.

My husband & I stayed 2 weeks here and loved it!! The staff were all so helpful and friendly! The room was neat & clean upon arrival. And the bed was comfy. The manager was beyond efficient & helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel!!!!

I enjoyed my stay there . The maintenance man was very helpful ,nice ,well mannered,and professional .I had a small issue with the room ,and the manager Hasib had Jordan fix it fast thanks will come again.

We have stayed here many times . We just left an We have never had any issues here . We come for peace and quiet and that we always get. No one knocks on your door to clean at 9 am . Pool is clean room clean and remodeled I love the remodel they have doen . We book through Expedia and through the hotel itself never a problem . Anytime we have a problem the owner and staff take care of it definitely will stay again and again . Thanks trident

Stayed there a few weeks due to work , became good friends with an employee jordan , very friendly and enjoyed hanging out with him after work by the pool! Always asked if me and my co workers needed anything to make our stay better

Very clean room! N the worker Jordan was very helpful when i need help! Well respected young man! Anything i need Jordan went got it stopped wat he was doing to go get! I really loved his respect!

We have been here for exactly a week now and absolutely love it the front desk clerks are awesome and polite they have really cleaned this entire place since I stayed here couple of years ago and they really accept my 74lbs pit bull who is a ball of hyper active energy! They greet him by his name daily everytime they see me and on the app hopper we got this place for just 29 dollars a night! They always honor the online prices completely!

I enjoy this place it is very well kept the staff are extremely polite. They have great housekeeping and a pool. Very family oriented. I would highly recommend. YOU CANT BEAT THE PRICES.

Jordan the maintnance guy is the reason i extended my stay at trident inn. They have a great staff but especially Jordan. My room ac was leaking water for about 4 days because the other maintance guy couldnt fix it. He always made sure i was taken care of .They should give him a raise because he goes above and beyond with his work

Jordan always goes above and behind her job description by making sure the guest. My ac is working perfectly since he came by to Ptech. Well manored

Good quality for your money , the maintenance man jordan fixed my light as I told him he fixed it fast and he was well mannered .

Had a great experience and Jordan was a big help he fixed my tv and a/c I’ll definitely stay again.Front desk was great to.

Cone here ! They are clean, nice and very helpful!!
They don't allow all the drug activity in their parking lot at all!!
They are pet friendly!! They even have the pet yard out back!!
The pool is closed die to Covid19 but Now it's mainly because it's a small pool and it's just not right for this social distancing mess!!
Other than that..the weekly rate is great!! The rooms are large, clean and nice. The beds are comfy!! The owners are here and very involved with daily work!
We love it here!! You should also!!
And they keep it quiet here!!

So this is actually my 2nd time here the 1st was ok had to get a room change…But my current stay was much better my room was clean they replaced the carpet with flooring looks soooooooooo much better now!!!!Keep making improvements

I enjoyed my stay everything was nice ,the room was nice and clean. The staff was excellent and Jordan and hasib was very nice and helpful.

My husband had to travel to baton rouge for a job orientation, we were low on money so we took the cheapest place to stay. I was not expecting much at all, I was actually a little afraid especially with bringing my children. But seriously, this place is awesome! The rooms were extremely nice especially for the price & the customer service was over the top. My husband had to stay at work later than check out time & they allowed my kids & I to stay comfortably while we waited instead of making us leave. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!! ❤
