My survey expired and timed out. I’ll leave my review here. The staff was extremely helpful and saved my life. The staff took care of my car. I had an emergency and I didn’t need an appointment. I look forward to working with this store and not lemay store but this one.

My wife and I dropped off her Chevy Equinox and when we came to pick up the car, the gentleman inside not only was extremely friendly, But even came outside and brushed the snow off our car so we can see to get home. Great service all the way around.

The Telegraph location is always professional, courteous and willing to see clients with emergent needs. The store is clean and neat with the best customer service. I would recommend anyone in the South County area to come here for the best service.

This is the second time I got an oversized screw with a washer stuck in my tire. Both times I took it to this location without an appointment. They did have other cars they were working on but squeezed me in quickly and fixed the problem for me. Highly recommend.

Walked in needing a tire expecting to have to leave the vehicle and return the next day because it was late. They had the tire I needed in stocks and had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. Very nice.

Bill at Firestone in Oakville, MO goes the extra mile for customers. He makes u feel like ur family & safe on the roads. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you Bill!!!

Took my truck in for an out of state inspection. No hassles.
However I don't understand how making an 8 am appointment two days in advance still results in a 5 hour time frame.

GREAT experience! Great service, dropped it off on a Sunday and had my repair done Monday. Professional, great people, good place. Will be my go to from now on. Drove car for an hour after picking it up, no problems. Diagnosed and repaired correctly. If I could do ten stars I would. Good people.

Only place in the area that didn't try to upset me on a tire, and were willing to work my schedule as im only here for a short time. Very pleased with service highly recommend

The Firestone crew very attentive to my needs I know most of the staff by name. I have been doing business, with this particular establishment for the past 10 years. I will continue my business relationship with them for many more years.

I had a flat tire from a long, flat piece of metal, and wasn’t able to get to Firestone until 6:20. I assumed that the puncture from this piece of metal wasn’t the right shape for a plug, and called asking if they could get a new tire on my car before they closed. I showed up, and without even asking, they immediately tried to plug it. They saved me so much money, and could’ve so easily taken advantage of me. They’ve never done me wrong, which is why I went here instead of somewhere closer to my work, but they really did me right tonight. 10/5 stars. Would recommend to everyone I know.

Friendly fast fair priced

My first visit at Firestone Complete Auto Care was positive. The tech was professional & nice & his explanation of the problem was thorough, plus the transportation to my home & back was welcomed.

I've trusted and have been going here for several years now. Always fantastic customer service, (Michael) manager Jeff always great to speak to. All techs are masters of their skill set!!

Best firestone expierence yet, great service very helpful service manager. Sat in the waiting room for an hour or so, and overherd him talking to other customers, he was very attentive and very helpfull to the individuals. Definitly making this my firestone of choice.

Rick has been the most amazing mechanic that I have ever been to. He's been the one person that I trust with the fantastic care for the car that I have currently. Really nice and does the job right on the first time. I would definitely go there again.

Great service came in with a flat tire I couldn't get aired up. They let me have a sit and called me around back to the service side just to check it out. They aired up my tire no charge just super friendly service and explained what the problem was.
