We rented one of the party rooms in 2016 for my daughters baby shower. I could not have been more pleased. It was a beautiful room, the perfect size, and was very inexspencize for the amount of time given. They supplied all the tables and chairs. We were so pleased my daughter rented a room here this year for my grandsons 2nd birthday. We were just a happy this time as we were last. I would recommend this center to anyone for any reason.

Awesome park with much to do here. There is a nice play ground, a splash pad area, disc golf, nature trails anduch more. The beautiful scenery alone will distract you enough to enjoy yourself.

Great place to rent for parties! We hosted my daughters baby shower there two years ago. My daughter hosted my grandsons 2nd birthday there today! Very affordable nice rooms with an amazing playground for the kids. They have a basketball gym, tennis, and it's wonderful for birding.

Very nice, well manicured community park. There's tennis, splash park for toddlers, frisbee golf, walking, jogging, picnicing, quiet place for studying, bird watching, squirrels, little creeks with fish!

I love taking my dog here. I spend a lot of time, and money on my dog. I appreciate a clean, safe area for dogs to be social. Beware though dog parks are all the same on this point: no matter how nice the Dog Park is there will always be a dog that growls and nips at others, but before you say anything to the owner of said dog, make yourself watch and decide if your dog is getting hurt or are you being overly protective, and if you say anything remember they will be overly protective too.

This is a spacious park with sloping, smallish hills, Frisbee areas, a splash park, tennis courts, always clean and well stocked bathrooms, and much more. I use the trails to run and the outside bars for pull-ups, but this place is great for almost anything, including picnics. I have yet to meet a rude person here. Bring your family and have a great time.

One of my favorite parks that has been here for many years. The park has been wonderfully maintained and BREC has really put in a lot of renovations. The only thing I would warn visitors of is that sometimes the disc golf can get in the way of activities and the recent renovations have exposed more plant life that causes rashes. If you have sensitive skin I would avoid the woods areas but the walking areas are safe!

Beautiful park with all kinds of things to do - splash pad, playground for the kids, tennis and a really nice disc golf course. We love coming to this place - even on days when it's crowded, it feels like a retreat!

What an amazing place! The disc golf course offers something for every skill level. A little light for people who have 450' on demand but still challenging and most importantly fun. Bathrooms and pet friendly are a HUGE bonus. Baton rouge should be proud of this place.

This park is lovely! It is always clean and maintained. Lots of grass/space for activities (football, soccer, frisbee, etc). There are beautiful hills and trees and shade. The playground equipment is new and is located next to a covered picnic area and a splash pad. The playground area has a "springy" flooring that makes for a soft landing for kiddos when they fall or slide. My entire family is able to find activities they enjoy (even the dog).

We had a global community day here today. Had cultural performances and exhibits from many different countries as well as a talented local jazz and blue band. The park was spacious and bright. Bathrooms were clean and convenient for changing. Very good venue for such events. Will probably book it again in the future and recommend to others.

My favorite park in the world! I grew up going here and playing softball here and now to be able to take my own kids, it is just beautiful. My kids love walking around, riding their bikes and scooters and having picnics here. The view alone is breath-taking and peaceful.

This park is absolutely lovely! The rolling hills are unusual for South Louisiana, and the paved trail that winds through them is delightful. There's also a frisbee golf course for anyone interested in that, as well as several picnic tables under a pavilion. Benches are scattered along the trail for anyone needing a rest.

My family and I love this park. I highly recommend it for your next family picnic!

Came here to do a walk for Alzheimer's a few weekends ago. Hadn't been to the park in a while and was really impressed with the new facilities. Park was well kept and the splash pad looked awesome. Lots of new walking/ jogging paths. Will definitely bring the kids next summer.

This is a really fun park for all ages. Just keep in mind that there is a water park, so your kids will probably get wet. Always bring towels and extra clothes, just in case. I tried to bring my toddlers to just the dry section, but you have to go around the fun water part first. Well, they were soaking wet by the end of the day 😂 They had a blast though.
