Love this Michael's. It's always very clean and tidy and has great displays. The yarn section is overdoing a bit of an overhaul where they're putting the yarn on the back wall, possibly by color. This store also has a self-checkout, which I love.

Used Michaels grab and Go. Ordered item online, was notified when it was ready to pick up, and I went and picked it up! Easy peasy! A nice service.

I had a picture that I needed framed and the young lady Michelle was awesome. Knows her product, provided me with options, and will have my picture all framed up within 3 days.
I also had a chance to stroll through the rest of the store and glad I did. More projects to get ready for the holidays.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and, of course, a lot of supplies and many items on sale.

The service and wait time for my pick up order was great.

Their fall items were on clearance. Their Christmas items were on sale I love it.

I don't know if I keep missing the memo about a yarn sale but it seems like every time I go in to buy a skein or two of the Craft Smart yarn, their wall is practically empty! Where are all my knitters and crocheters in the area because I would love to see what y'all are making!

Just leaving and I couldn't pull out of the lot without showing this team love. The people working at this store are hands down some of the best examples of excellent customer service that I have ever seen in retail! And I do mean all of them. They went out of there way to help people finding folk as they shopped just to ask if they could help...genuine smiles and a positive demeanor. It was a breath of fresh air! These young people will excel in life wherever the next phase takes them. Bravo!!

Framing department personnel were friendly, accommodating and highly skilled. They took very good care of our Moms Memorial Photo by reframing it with protective glass and even removed some wrinkles that left over from the original printing process. Thanks for preserving this memory for our Dad!

I come here all the time. The store is clean, organized, and the staff is great. Love the setup here too. Got tired of the mess I see when I go to Joann Fabrics store in Brandywine. Thank's Michael's for having a great store.

Very friendly staff, clean, and organized store. The store is small but they have a good variety. The floral section has every color but maybe not the exact bloom. They carry some high-end paint supplies but do not expect sable brushes. So many cake supplies but not edible glitter. Maybe I expect a lot. I don't care, I still love this Michaels!

The framer, Jontee was great. Very helpful. I’m going to bring more of my art for framing.

My experience at this location (Waldorf, on December 3) was very good. I didn't have to wait to enter the store, all of the registers were operating so that my wait time was very short, employees were fully engaged, I found what I was looking for, and the store was clean and organized. Most importantly, people were practicing social distancing. All the complete opposite of what I experienced at the Bowie location a day later, where I never intend to visit again.
