Prospect Park

We discovered this park on accident while searching for a spot to park for the fireworks. This park has a lovely view of the river and parts of downtown Hudson. We ended up staying up here and enjoying the view and peacefulness. Very romantic for couples and also family friendly.

The park did not work out for the fireworks due to the trees but we were so happy to stop and enjoy the views. I would highly recommend a stop at this park for a walk or a picnic!

Always a great spot to check out in Hudson. They have kept the growth down a bit so you can see the stillwater bridge and beyond

The new sidewalk leading up to the scenic overlook is gorgeous! The kids always love the park when we go!

Why didn't anyone tell me about this place a long time ago. Beautiful views and great nature trails to explore.

Such a lovely view, playgrounds, wooded areas, open areas, benches, bench swings, river and town views.

Nice little park, conveniently located at the top of a hill, if you want an easy stroll down to the river you can park here and ride bike and its an easy stroll, picnic tables and nice place to relax, there is a trail that goes out around the edge of the hill and gives a clear view of the river from a little ways up an has bench to relax and enjoy the scenery. All in all a great little apot.

Fun park for kids, they also have goecaching. Very awesome view as well.

Beautifully wooded older part of Hudson. We used the large pavilion for a family event. It rained off and on and we were plenty dry. It has play ground for kids and grill for use. Lots of picnic tables. The Pavillion can be reserved for a price but worth it.

Anyone growing up in Hudson loves this park and has fond memories of school day picnics and maybe even Easter egg hunts.
Still a beautiful park and the shelter is in great shape...able to house many for an outing.

Great view of quaint aspects of Hudson! Sweet pavilion with fireplace. Historic steps from one part of park to the other. Nice playground. Lots of mature trees. Excellent little park for a picnic.

This beautiful park has it all! There's a large, lighted pavilion, a playground, volley ball, and more. But the coolest feature is the awesome view of the St. Croix!

It is great,! Love the new layout and also the new rule of going back twice a month so we don't have to waste so much food because we had to stock up for a whole month.

I came for the Pokémon... but really a pretty plain park with a good chunk of flat land for a good fetch with the dog. Also ya a pretty nice view of downtown Hudson and a nice little park for the kiddos.
