Holiday Inn Express & Suites Vicksburg, an IHG Hotel

The staff was amazing and the hotel was nice, clean, and conveniently located. Even though there was construction going on you would’ve never known it. The contractors were as quiet as they could be and very courteous. I never understand when people complain about renovations being done but want the hotel to be updated. It clearly states on the app that the hotel is under renovation. My room was spacious, clean, and very quiet. Loved the location of the hotel as well. When I’m back in the area I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It’s a hidden little gem.

Great staff! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well supplied. Due to remodeling we had to change rooms. The concierge upgraded our room without my needing to ask.

Even though they were going through renovations you hardly knew it because unlike other hotels there was no sign of debris or excess noise. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. Excellent customer service!

I needed a room for the night and although IHG app said you didn’t have any rooms available, I called. The nice lady on the other end of the phone said she had one room. She was extremely nice. I thought I would remember her name but didn’t write it down. She was at the front desk to greet me when I walked in and very helpful. I asked her if she could suggest a place to get something to eat. It was dark, raining and I was alone. I didn’t know my way around. She quickly gave me several choices and when I picked one she gave me excellent directions. When I returned she asked if I liked the restaurant. I said yes. She asked what I had and then said that was what she ordered when she went. She was an excellent example of how a guest should be treated. The hotel was clean, the room was great and breakfast was good. I felt like a very special person. I wish I could remember her name. She is the night front desk clerk and the best representative for this hotel. Thanks for a great place to stay.

The staff was amazing and made sure to put us across the hall from our kids. They were super friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. The continental breakfast was delicious. We are going to remember this hotel for out next travel through Mississippi

Although the hotel was under renovation during my stay, the hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. I would recommend staying here.

Great staff from check in to housekeeping. Great location and room. Very clean and all plugs and lighting worked. Breakfast was excellent food and service, also was kept very sanitary. Parking lot well lit and easy access to interstate. Gas stations and great food very close by. Highly recommend the king suite with jetted tub room. I have stayed in exact location multiple times and will stay many more each time I visit this area. IHG has great rewards and great customer service.

Check in was fast and easy. The room was very clean and bed were comfortable. The exterior was very good. Location is great have many eating options close by.

Great stay. We stopped here, un-planned during vacation travel. The front desk staff were amazing in getting us the rooms we needed. Breakfast was a big hit with yummy warm food and pancake machine….move over waffles, there’s a new kid in town!

Appreciate the receptionist working out our online reservation for my wife and my family names not the same. The IHG membership is in my name. For who reads this...my wife made the reservation using a smart plone...she was very frustrated with the web page for she was crying and cussing it, but gotter done. She has done about 4 total online IHG reservations in the car.

Our room was so large and the a/c unit worked perfectly. The bed was comfy and soft. The free breakfast had bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereal, eggs, etc. It was a great hotel breakfast since those are normally subpar. The hotel isn’t in the best area since it’s kinda far from the downtown area but we felt safe which is what is important.

Awesome stay! Was very clean, room was very cold! Breakfast has scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits. We really enjoyed our stay! Victoria welcomed us upon arrival. She was super sweet and helpful.

I was traveling and was so tired and I needed to pull over.. I called and the front desk clerk was so sweet and helpful and when I got there everything was so fast and registration was easy and my daughter and I were in a room and it was so clean and quiet,.we got the best night sleep. The next morning the breakfast was so good, they had multiple hot or cold items to eat.. and the lady that checked us out was very courteous. I highly recommend them

We stayed one night to get rest and we truly enjoyed it. The room was clean, nothing for me to worry about and breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again. Love the location, staff and stay.
