Beechwood Inn

Expensive steaks but worth it. Very nice local lady's work the floor and take care of you in a almost diner setting in the front, more restaurant setting in the back. If the bar is hopping it's pretty red neck but safe. The bar personnel know what there doing and keep any trouble out. The wife and I have had drinks after dinner there a few times and have always had fun with no issues whatsoever. Beechwood hotel is in the same parking lot if you just really tie one on and need a room to safely sleep it off. Met one of the owners, Rocky I think, who was very nice and unique. 5 stars!! Please like :-)

I will ALWAYS stop here and eat when I’m passing through. I usually sit back in the bar when it’s just my work crew but the front is excellent for date night if she doesn’t like the bar vibe. The steaks are AMAZING and I don’t eat steaks out because I can cook great steaks. I’ll get a steak here EVERY TIME!

Surprisingly nice for the expense. The AC worked unlike my last vacashion didn't get stuck on as well my phone survived, there was an obscene amount of knats on the lights outside at night tho

Food is excellent atmospheres very good, things are opening up finally. Go see Rock in the crew you won't be disappointed

No complaints. Good location, reasonably priced and the staff is very accommodating.

The Beechwood was just across the road from our hotel and had a packed parking lot so we thought we'd give it a try. I tend to find that a place packed with locals is usually a good sign and this held true again.
Despite being told there would be a wait of 30 minutes we got a table in less than 10. The service was friendly and efficient and the steaks were great. The grill is right upfront so you can watch it being done. Awesome grits. Fairly pricey for a casual style place in Mississippi but the quality and service were all there. One negative, they sold out of baked potatoes that evening. How does a steak place run out of potatoes?

Delicious food. The heath brownie is wonderful.

Rooms are a bit outdated but inexpensive

Good clean place to stay for the money.
