Panera Bread

Great place for quick food and decently sized portions. Plenty of clean seating with a fireplace centerpiece. Food is pretty solid for fast-casual.

Different seating areas and a nice fire place.
- clean bathrooms
-courteous cashier
-food cake out quickly
- free cup for water if you decide not to get a drink.

Wow, this place is great. My “to go” Order was up fast and everything was so cutely organized in a sturdy paper bag. Fork and knife so I could eat it in the car and the chips in a separate bag inside the big bag(not necessary but made me feel a smidge more important)
When I had a question about one of the “unsweetened” teas displaying it had 100 calories, but no added sugars, the manager came out super quickly with a book and showed me the nutritional breakdown for the two I was thinking about getting. Very positive, clean and bright energy he had.
The conclusion was that the “no added sugar” in fact had 26 carbohydrates per serving. I forgot to look at the serving size. So I went with the 0 carved one, the plum one.

The food was excellent. We arrived at 11 and had no problems. Even at noon the restaurant was not too noisy for our meeting. I have not been at a Panera for several years, thus the counter service rather than than full service model was new. It worked nicely with the use of the call devices when your food was ready. We were able to find a seat and get to business as we waited.

Best Panera ever !!!! Always great service. I use the drive thru pretty much everyday and all the girls are also SO sweet and everything I order is always great !
They all deserve a big raise :)

Had a wonderful customer experience, the morning staff was really great. I had Indy, Maddy, Nolan, and Mathew all have nice conversation and it quick but very delicious food!

I was having a really rough weekend and I was pretty distressed while ordering food. The worker behind the counter asked how I was and I told her. She was so compassionate when she responded and also took care of my food. The staff was so friendly, quick and kind. If I could give this place more stars, I would. I’ve seen high end restaurants care less about customer service. This Panera showed obvious care about their customers.

I just wanted to thank Panera Bread Hudson for their service this morning. I was having the worst morning and tears were already flowing before 6 am. I decided to stop at this location which I had never been to before. I was walking to the door and a gentleman opened the door for me and said good morning. The cashier was very friendly, and another gentleman assisted me where to find the coffee since I hadn't been to this location before. The iced tea I tried was awesome as well as my over easy sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. The service was also very fast. I could see a bunch of what looked like corporate employees there? So maybe this isn't the normal treatment or experience every time I will go but this morning it was much much appreciated. Thanks again.

Always fast and friendly service! Even when the customers aren’t so friendly… Very grateful!

Update 07/17/22: Came here to say a huge thank you to the people working today!! We came through the drive thru and they seemed super short staffed and they were SO kind and hardworking! We’re extremely grateful for all they do and for our delicious food!

I ordered through Uber for my uncle’s birthday and my order somehow got canceled. I called Panera directly to assist me with getting my order back in place so that my uncle and aunt could pick it up at their location. Lacy the manager was so helpful and went above and beyond what was expected of her to assist me. They have amazing service and are very professional! I’m very grateful and really appreciate the extra mile they went to make my uncle’s birthday special.

Nice new restaurant. Very fresh and clean looks always.

Tried the Hudson location. Super fast service. Bright and spacious restaurant, needs to be cleaned a little more. Food all over the seats etc. but was impressed with the service, food and friendliness.

My dad and I came in to pick up an online order and I had tried to use a coupon that didn’t work. Once we arrived to pick up our food, the manager (I think his name was Andrew?) went above and beyond to make sure the coupon was applied to our order! Everyone has always been kind and courteous there - I’ve received great service and look forward to coming back each time!

I ordered my Panera for a business meeting for the incorrect day. When I showed up on the day after (the actual day of the meeting), they agreed to make it again at no charge. What incredible service and I appreciate you for going above and beyond what would be fair or reasonable!

Wonderful Panera location! Good staff, good food, nice floor plan. What can I say they really do a great job here I think, I only wish there was more soups maybe?

I am so happy that Hudson has a Panera Bread! I have been through the drive through twice since they opened and the staff was pleasant, helpful, and patient with me narrowing my choice down. I have tried the Thai and Asian salads and both were wonderful.

There was a mix up with someone else taking our food they did a very good job of making sure we were taken care of.

Drinks awesome, foods great. Love Panera and love the fact they donate bread to the food rescue

Pick up some caramel rolls the other day at 7:30 a.m. the young man at the counter was upbeat courteous and a pleasure to do business with a very valued employee
