LA JAIBA LOCA

Solid authentic Mexican seafood restaurant. This is not your standard run-of-the-mill fare either. Coming in from the twin cities on my way to my hometown of Chicago, I stopped by and was pleasantly surprised by the distinct family-style flavors here. I ordered the labgostinos dish and shrimp ceviche. Both were more than enough for me and possible another person if I had company. Solid. :)

We loved it! Very nice service and decent prices. The whole red snapper with shrimp and octopus was delicious! Will recommend this place!

This place was awesome, comfy booths, endless seafood choices. I tried the Mango Shrimp and it was excellent!! Infact the sauce was so addicting I cant wait to come back and try it again. It was sweet and tangy with big chunks of Mango in it. I also had a Tostada of cevhice it was very fresh and delicious as well. The oysters were very flavourful and my boyfriend got the seafood soup and he love it. We will definitely be back here again.

Their Ostiones especial (oyster special) is Really2x good (my personal favorite)..good addition in Janesville specially there is not a lot of option here for sea food 🍻🍻🍻 cheers!!!

We loved this place. The ambiance is authentic and the waiters couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Food was outstanding if you're looking for Spanish flavor, but not Tex-Mex.

Excellent grilled fresh shrimp with rice and green salad.I would definitely recommend!

Refreshing to find authentic Mexican seafood. I had the Big Grilled Shrimp and they had the Whole Red Snapper. Both meals were great! I will have to return several times to try more from the large menu. I recommend them for fresh authentic seafood.

My husband and I have been enjoying La Jaiba Loca every weekend for the past month! The authentic Mexican food and the warm, friendly staff make for a great combination!
