I recently started using the cleaning station and have never had a problem with their same day service provided it was dropped off before 7. I have had them clean several suits and dress shirts of mine.

I really wanted to give a 5 Star but I had one little shocker so …I have to do 4. This place was awesome the service was fast, right and they even answered the phone On Mardi Gras. Yeah Fat Tuesday She not answered she was polite and answered all my questions. Awesome! So I goi g to ask the Cleaning Station Owner to give the lady a RAISE! Unless she owns it of course and if she does can you please work on your prices! Lord I spent $120 on 20 peaces if.cloths to be pressed! Seemed a little high?

Very first time I used their services, I dropped off a new pair of pants and a favorite staple in my closet (a llightweight summer cap-sleeved jacket) that i wear all the time. When I removed the plastic covering from the hanger a few days later when I was planning to wear the jacket, I saw that it had been ruined. Whatever the cause, the material was permanently damaged over the entire garment. While I would still have been disappointed under any circumstances, I do understand that mistakes happen. However, there's no way that could have happened and no one be aware, and the fact that I was not told about it and was still charged full price is unacceptable to me. I will not be back.

My coat was worse then before, it had dog hair everywhere and I don't even have a dog. Will never do business with them again!
