Highly Recommend!!

Grossly overpriced for the state of Wisconsin. The average for an acre for land is $25,000. They tack on extra zeros because they carry the name Coldwell Banker. Instead of letting Janesville thrive they stuff their pockets and are greedy. Lower prices! (Edited to two stars from one because some buildings are fairly priced but the land is still too much).

They are not honest brokers to work with. They lack back skills as proper communication to customers or co brokers. If its not legal duty, it is not necessary, such as conveying to co broker that an offer is coming in or there is another potential party interested. I wonder do they even notify sellers that there is some more potential interest and ask them to wait for the offer or check with co brokers to see where they stand with their showings/offers. I highly doubt that they are watching seller's interest. They switch their statements at their convenience. There is so much wrong they did that I would love to elaborate my situation here. But at this moment, I will say I don't recommend them and their staff.
